هدفت الدراسة تعرّف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية للإدارة بالتجوال وعلاقتها بمستوى الالتزام لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اسُتخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، ومجتمع الدراسة من (2540) معلم ومعلمة، وعينة الدراسة من (338) معلم ومعلمة في تربية البادية الشمالية الغربية، والاداة من الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وأشارت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في تربية البادية الشمالية الغربية للإدارة بالتجوال من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية وجاءت الفروق لصالح من تقل خبرتهم عن 5 سنوات، كما أشارت النتائج أن مستوى الالتزام لدى المعلمين في تربية البادية الشمالية الغربية من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية وجاءت الفروق لصالح من تقل خبرتهم عن 5 سنوات، ووجود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائيًا بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في تربية لواء البادية الشمالية الغربية للإدارة بالتجوال وعلاقتها بمستوى الالتزام لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظرهم. وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات منها: على المعلمين الشعور بواجبهم في بذل قصارى جهدهم تجاه تحقيق أهداف المدرسة، واستخدام التجوال بشكل أكبر للحصول على معلومات دقيقة حول مستوى أداء المعلمين وقدراتهم

 The objective of the study was to be defined to the degree of government school principals' practice in raising the Northwest Badia brigade of management by roaming and its relationship to teachers' level of commitment from their perspective, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the Associative Survey Curriculum and the school community were used from (2540) Teacher and Teacher, study sample of (338) Teacher and Teacher in Northwest Pedagogical Education, The tool of identification for data collection, verification of its veracity and consistency, The results indicated that, from the teachers' point of view, the level of practice of headteachers in pedagogical education in north-western management was average. and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to sex impact, Scientific qualification, in all fields and the college degree, and the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of years of experience in all fields and the college degree. The differences were in favour of those with less than 5 years' experience The results also indicated that teachers' level of commitment in Northwest Badia education was moderate, The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to sex impact and scientific qualification, in all fields and the college degree, and the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of years of experience in all areas and the college degree. The differences are in favour of those with less than 5 years' experience; The existence of a positive relationship is statistically significant between the degree of practice of government school principals in raising the Northwest Badia brigade of management by roaming and its relation to teachers' level of commitment in their view. The study recommended a series of recommendations, including: teachers should feel duty-bound to do their utmost to achieve the school's goals; and using roaming more to obtain accurate information about teachers' performance and abilities
