تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع مضار الجوار المألوفة وغير المألوفة من خلال كتاب ابن الرامي "الإعلان بأحكام البنيان"، ومقارنته مع ما جاء في القانون المدني الأردني، وهدفت الدراسة لتوضيح مفهوم الجوار والمضار التي تنتج عن هذا الجوار، وتوضيح مضار الجوار المألوفة وغير المألوفة فقهيًّا وقانونيًّا وما يترتب على ذلك من ضمانات وتعويضات، وقامت الباحثة بتقسيم الدراسة إلى مقدمة تضمنت التعريف بعناصر الدراسة، وكتاب الإعلان بأحكام البنيان ومؤلفه وفصلين وخاتمة، أما الفصل الأول فتطرق الى أحكام مضار الجوار المألوفة وغير المألوفة فقهياً، والفصل الثاني: فتطرق إلى أحكام مضار الجوار المألوفة وغير المألوفة قانونيًّا |

The study addressed the subject of common and uncommon neighborly harms through the book "Al-I'lam bi Ahkam al-Bunyan" by Ibn al-Rami, comparing it with Jordanian civil law. The study aimed to clarify the concept of neighborhood and the harms that result from it, explaining both common and uncommon neighborhood harms from a jurisprudential and legal perspective, along with the associated guarantees and compensations.
The researcher divided the study into an introduction that included defining the study's elements, the book "Al-I'lam bi Ahkam al-Bunyan" and its author, two chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter discussed the legal provisions of common and uncommon neighborhood harms, while the second chapter addressed the same issues from a legal perspective. The study concluded with the main findings and recommendations, highlighting the following points
