هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير المجتمع المدني على تعزيز الديمقراطية في الأردن في الفترة الواقعة ما بين:(1999-2023)،والسعي لمعرفة أهميته في ظل الأحداث الحالية التي نعيشها، وكذلك استنباط الاستراتيجيات والسياسات التي تساند في تعزيز الديمقراطية من خلال هذا المجتمع ودعمه في الأردن.
ساندت الدراسة المجتمع المدني من خلال؛ بيان أهميته، ودوره في تعزيز الديمقراطية، وأثرها على الواقع السياسي الأردني ،كما أنَّ هذا المجتمع هو مجتمع واقعي غير وهمي، و له وظائفه وركائزه التي يستند عليها.
استخدمت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة: المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، حيث تم استخدامه لدراسة ووصف الظاهرة والمشكلات التي تواجهها بشكل واضح للوصول إلى نتائج وحلول منطقية تساهم في الإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة ،وقد توصلت الدراسة الى نتائج عدة أهمها:
1.أنَّ تشكيل المجتمع المدني في الدولة يعد ضروريًا ؛ لما له من أثر واضح في دعم المسيرة السياسية وتطويرها.
2.أنَّ الأفراد المواطنون لهم الحق في المشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات السياسية ودعمها أم لا ، وذلك حسب ما يتناسب ومتطلباتهم والمصالح العامة.
3.أنَّ العملية الانتخابية عملية سياسية بحتة، وليست سهلة ؛ فهي تتخذ منحنيات تعمد من خلالها تذليل الصعوبات وترسيخ النزاهة والشفافية من خلال المراقبة المدنية لدى المجتمع المدني.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات منها:
?-إشراك الأفراد المواطنين بالعملية السياسية والانتخابات والمساهمة في اتخاذ القرارات أمرٌ حتمي لا يمكن تجاوزه.
2-السعي لإبراز سبل التواصل بشكل أكبر ما بين المجتمع المدني والدولة.
3-العمل على إيجاد آليات يتمكن من خلالها الأفراد الانخراط بشكل أكبر في العملية السياسية بشكل يضمن حقوقهم الإنسانية.
4-العمل على نشر الثقافة والوعي لدى الأفراد في كيفية تحقيق غاياتهم السياسية الخاصة والعامة ، الأمر الذي يسهم في نشوء مجتمع واعٍ سياسياً

This study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of civil society on strengthening democracy in Jordan in the period between (1999-2023), and to seek to know its importance in light of the current events in which we are living, and to devise strategies and policies that support the strengthening of democracy through this community and its support in Jordan.
The study supported civil society by explaining its importance and role in promoting democracy and its impact on the Jordanian political reality, and that this society is a realistic, not imaginary society with its own functions and foundations on which it is based.
In this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, which was used to clearly study and describe the phenomenon and the problems it faces in order to arrive at logical results and solutions that contribute to answering the study?s questions.
The study concluded:
.1The formation of civil society in the country is necessary, because of its clear impact in supporting and developing the political process.
2. Individual citizens have the right to participate in making political decisions and support them or not according to what suits their requirements and public interests.
3. The electoral process is a purely political process. It is not easy, as it takes curves that aim to overcome difficulties and establish integrity and transparency through civil society monitoring.
The study concluded several recommendations, including:
-1Involving individual citizens in the political process and elections and contributing to decision-making is an imperative that cannot be ignored.
2- Seeking to highlight greater means of communication between civil society and the state.
3-Working to find mechanisms through which individuals can engage more in the political process in a way that guarantees their human rights.
4-Working to spread culture and awareness among individuals on how to achieve their private and public political goals, which contributes to the emergence of a politically conscious society
