تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة الخطاب في كليلة ودمنة من منظور تداولي، بالاعتماد على مقاربات لسانية حديثة تهدف إلى الكشف عن البنية المقصدية للنص.
وقد افتُتحت الدراسة بتمهيد نظري بُني على محورين: الأول تناول شخصية ابن المقفع وكتاب كليلة ودمنة من حيث بنائه ومقاصده، والثاني عرض المفاهيم النظرية الأساسية لتحليل الخطاب مثل الجملة، والتلفظ، والملفوظ، والنص، والخطاب، مبينًا تطورها واختلافها بين التراث العربي والدراسات اللسانية الحديثة.
يشتمل الفصل الأول على عرض لأهم النظريات التداولية، وهي: نظرية الاستلزام الحواري، ونظرية أفعال الكلام، والنظرية السياقية، بما يبرز قدرة هذه الأدوات على تحليل الدلالات غير المباشرة، ورصد الاستراتيجيات الخطابية.
أما الفصل الثاني، فقد خُصِّص لتحليل الصيغ الدلالية في الخطاب، من خلال دراسة ثلاث ظواهر مركزية: التعابير الاصطلاحية، والمصاحبات اللفظية، والثنائيات الضدية.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجتين أساسيتين:
1. أن كليلة ودمنة يُعدّ أُنموذجًا تداوليًّا متقدمًا، تتجلّى فيه المقاصد الخطابية من خلال البنية السردية والتلميح، لا عبر التصريح المباشر.
2. أن الظواهر الدلالية في النص تؤدي دورًا جوهريًّا في بناء معمار تواصلي يراعي السياق والمقام، مما يجعل النص منفتحًا على التأويل التداولي المستمر

This study seeks to examine the discourse in Kalila wa Dimna from a pragmatic perspective, relying on modern linguistic approaches aimed at uncovering the intentional structure of the text.
The study opens with a theoretical prelude built on two axes: the first addresses the figure of Ibn al-Muqaffa? and his book Kalila wa Dimna, focusing on its structure and communicative purposes; the second presents the fundamental theoretical concepts of discourse analysis-such as the sentence, utterance, enunciation, text, and discourse-highlighting their development and the differences between Arabic tradition and modern linguistic studies.
The first chapter presents the main pragmatic theories, namely: the theory of conversational implicature, the theory of speech acts, and the contextual theory. These frameworks are employed to analyze indirect meanings and to detect rhetorical strategies.
The second chapter is devoted to analyzing semantic structures in the discourse through the study of three central phenomena: idiomatic expressions, lexical collocations, and binary oppositions.
The study reached two main conclusions:
1. Kalila wa Dimna represents an advanced pragmatic model, in which communicative intentions are manifested through narrative structure and allusion rather than direct expression.
2. The semantic phenomena in the text play a crucial role in constructing a communicative architecture that takes into account both context and situational frame, thus rendering the text open to ongoing pragmatic interpretation
