عالجت هذه الرسالة منهج الإمام السبكي في كتابه تكملة كتاب "المجموع شرح المهذب" للإمام النووي. بدأت الدراسة بتقديم تعريف شامل بالإمام السبكي، متناولةً نسبه، شيوخه، تلاميذه، مكانته العلمية الرفيعة، ومصنفاته الغزيرة التي أثرت المكتبة الإسلامية بعد ذلك تعمقت الرسالة في بيان منهجه الفقهي، موضحةً كيفية استفادته من الكتاب والسنة، والإجماع، والقياس كمصادر للأدلة الشرعية. كما أبرزت الدراسة منهجه في الاستفادة من المذهب الشافعي، بالإضافة إلى اطلاعه الواسع على المذاهب الفقهية الأخرى وتوظيفها في إطار منهجه المقارن. ولم تغفل الرسالة جانب اختياراته الفقهية التي تعكس عمق فهمه واجتهاده. وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، الذي ساهم في تفكيك عناصر منهج السبكي وإبراز خصائصه. وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج الهامة، أبرزها أن للإمام السبكي منهجًا واضحًا ومحكمًا في تعامله مع الأدلة سواء كانت إجمالية أو تبعية، حيث وظفها ببراعة في بناء منطقه الاستدلالي والدفاع عن آرائه الفقهي. |

This thesis meticulously examines Imam Al-Subki's methodology in completing Imam Al-Nawawi's monumental work, "Al-Majmu' Sharh Al-Muhadhdhab." The study begins by providing a comprehensive introduction to Imam Al-Subki, detailing his lineage, teachers, students, esteemed scholarly position, and the prolific writings that enriched Islamic scholarship.
Subsequently, the thesis delves into Al-Subki's jurisprudential approach, elucidating his utilization of the Quran, Sunnah, Ijma' (consensus), and Qiyas (analogical reasoning) as primary sources for legal evidence. The study also highlights his method of drawing from the Shafi'i school of thought and its prominent scholars, alongside his extensive engagement with other jurisprudential schools of thought and their integration into his comparative methodology. Furthermore, the thesis addresses his specific juristic choices, which reflect the depth of his understanding and independent reasoning.
The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical methodology for this study, which aided in dissecting the elements of Al-Subki's approach and showcasing its unique characteristics. The study concludes with several significant findings, most notably that Imam Al-Subki possessed a clear and rigorous methodology in handling evidence, both general and subsidiary, skillfully employing it to construct his deductive reasoning and defend his jurisprudential views
