هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر تكتل بريكس على بنية النظام الدولي خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2009 إلى 2024، وذلك من خلال توظيف منهجية علمية شاملة تمزج بين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الاستقرائي ومنهج تحليل النظام. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تكتل بريكس نشأ كاستجابة لحاجة الدول الأعضاء إلى تعزيز التعاون فيما بينها في مواجهة الهيمنة الغربية، وركّز على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة وزيادة التأثير في المؤسسات الدولية، مما جعله نموذجًا مهمًا للتعاون بين دول الجنوب. وأظهرت النتائج أن بريكس يمتلك ثقلاً اقتصادياً كبيراً بفضل عدد سكانه الهائل ومساهمته في الناتج المحلي العالمي، كما يسعى إلى لعب دور سياسي أكثر تأثيرًا من خلال مواقف موحدة تجاه القضايا العالمية، والدعوة لإصلاح المؤسسات الدولية. ومع ذلك، يواجه التكتل تحديات داخلية مثل التفاوت الاقتصادي واختلاف الأولويات السياسية، إضافة إلى ضغوط خارجية من القوى التقليدية. وعلى الرغم من هذه التحديات، فإن مستقبل التكتل يبدو واعدًا بفضل إنشاء مؤسسات مالية بديلة وتعزيز التعاون في مجالات استراتيجية. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن بريكس يمثل خطوة حيوية نحو إعادة تشكيل النظام الدولي على أسس أكثر عدالة وتعددية، ويُتوقع له أن يلعب دوراً متزايداً في إعادة توازن العلاقات الدولية، شريطة أن يُحسن التعامل مع تحدياته ويُعزز التنسيق بين أعضائه. |

This study aimed to explore the impact of the BRICS Group on the structure of the international system during the period from 2009 to 2024. A comprehensive scientific methodology was employed, combining the descriptive-analytical method, the historical method, and the inductive method. The study found that the BRICS Group emerged in response to the member states? need to strengthen cooperation among themselves in the face of Western dominance. It focused on achieving sustainable development and increasing influence within international institutions, thus becoming a significant model for Cooperation between South Countries . The findings indicate that BRICS possesses substantial economic weight due to its massive population and its contribution to global GDP. Politically, it seeks to play a more influential role by adopting unified positions on global issues and calling for reforms in international institutions. However, the Group faces internal challenges such as economic disparities and differing political priorities, in addition to external pressures from traditional powers. Despite these challenges, the future of the Group appears promising, particularly with the establishment of alternative financial institutions and enhanced cooperation in strategic sectors. The study concludes that BRICS represents a vital step toward reshaping the international system based on greater justice and pluralism. It is expected to play an increasingly significant role in rebalancing international relations, provided that it successfully addresses its internal challenges and strengthens coordination among its members |
