هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أدوات الرقابة الإدارية بأبعادها مجتمعة: (التفتيش والمراقبة الميدانية، تقييم الملفات والوثائق القانونية والتقنية، والتوعية والتثقيف، ومتابعة تطبيق اللوائح والقوانين)، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع الشركات الصناعية الغذائية المشمولة بأنظمة المؤسسة العامة للغذاء والدواء، وبلغ عدد كل المديرين ومساعديهم، ورؤساء الأقسام الموظفين، والمهندسين العاملين فيها(1201) موظفًا تقريبًا، وتم اعتماد عينة ملائمة لتتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (288) موظفًا، تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من (37) فقرة لقياس أبعاد المتغيرات، واستخدمت مجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم نتيجة وهي بأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأدوات الرقابة الإدارية في أداء الشركات الصناعية الغذائية، بالإضافة إلى أن مستوى أدوات الرقابة الإدارية جاء بمستوى مرتفع، وجاء تطبيق أداء الشركات الصناعية الغذائية بمستوى مرتفع كذلك. وأوصت الدراسة زيادة التنسيق بين الشركات الغذائية ومؤسسة الغذاء والدواء في زيادة الشركة في إعداد برامج تدريبية أو ورش عمل |

The study aimed to know the impact of administrative control tools in their combined dimensions: (inspection and field monitoring, evaluation of legal and technical files and documents, awareness and education, and follow-up of the application of regulations and laws), and the study population consisted of all food industrial companies covered by the regulations of the Food and Drug Authority, and the number of all managers and their assistants, heads of departments employees, engineers and technicians working in them (1201) employees approximately, and an appropriate sample was adopted to suit the nature of the study. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach ,and questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and consisted of (37) items to measure the dimensions of variables, and the study sample consisted of (288) employees, and a set of statistical tests were used to analyze data and test hypotheses through the (SPSS) program, the most important of which was arithmetic media, ratios, repetition and multiple regression, and the study reached the most important result, which is that there is a statistically significant impact of administrative control tools on the performance of food industrial companies, in addition to that the level of administrative control tools came at a high level, and the application of corporate performance came Industrial food is at a high level as well. The study recommended the need to increase coordination between food companies and the Food and Drug Administration in increasing the company's preparation of training programs or workshops |
