هدفت الدراسة الى دراسة تأثير تطبيق تكنولوجيا الذكاء الإصطناعي في عملية إختيار المورد من أجل زيادة الإستدامة في الشركات الصيدلانية المصنعة في الأردن. تبنت الدراسة المنهج الكمي واستخدمت الطريقة الملائمة في توزيع استبيان ورقياً وعبرجوجل فورمزعلى المدراء في الشركات الصيدلانية المصنعة في الأردن. تمثل مجتمع الدراسة من المدراء في جميع المستويات الإدارية (عليا، وسطى، دنيا) في الشركات الصيدلانية المصنعة في الأردن. تضمنت عينة الدراسة 387 مديراً، تم الحصول علي 306 ردود بما يعادل إستجابة بمقدار 79%. تم إستخدام مزيج من الأساليب الوصفية والأساليب الإستنتاجية الإحصائية لتفسير البيانات بشكل فعّال، وتم إختبار العلاقة بين المتغيرات عبرنمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية (SEM) ، وإسخدام برمجية AMOS لتقيم الدقة والموثوقية. وجدت الدراسة تأثيراً إيجابياً كبيراً للذكاء الإصطناعي على الإستدامة من خلال الدور الوسيط لإختيار المورد في الشركات الصيدلانية المصنعة في الأردن. توصي الدراسة بالتعاون بين الشركات الصيدلانية والموردين بما يتعلق بالتوعية، وتطبيق تكنولوجيا الذكاء الإصطناعي والإستدامة مما ينتج عنه الرضا لدى الموظفين، تعزيز الوحدة الإجتماعية، زيادة كفاءة العمليات والربحية. |

This research aims to study the impact of implementing AI techniques in selecting suppliers for sustainability in Jordan. The study adopts a quantitative approach through a survey questionnaire distributed using a convenience sampling technique utilizing both google forms and paper questionnaires to managers in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. The study population comprises of managers in all managerial levels (top, middle, bottom) in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Jordan. The study sample included 387 managers with 306 responses providing a response rate of 79%. A combination of descriptive and inferential statistical methods was used for effective data explanation, the relationship between the variables tested through structural equation modelling (SEM), and the AMOS software for accuracy and reliability. The study found a significant impact of Artificial Intelligence technologies on sustainability with supplier selection as a mediating variable in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Jordan. The study recommends collaborations between pharmaceutical companies and suppliers involving awareness and applications of artificial intelligence technologies and sustainability resulting in employee satisfaction, social unity, more efficient operations, and increased profitability |
