تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير المساعدات الأمريكية على القرار السياسي الأردني، من خلال دراسة العلاقة بين المساعدات الخارجية وصفقة القرن ودور الأردن فيها. كما تسلط الضوء على دور هذه المساعدات في تحديد موقف الأردن تجاه القضية الفلسطينية وأحداث غزة، مع التركيز على كيفية توجيه هذه المساعدات وتأثيرها على السياسة الخارجية الأردنية. بالإضافة إلى تقديم توصيات تهدف إلى تعزيز استقلالية القرار السياسي الأردني، مع الاستفادة من الدعم الخارجي بشكل يخدم المصلحة الوطنية ويحقق التوازن بين الاعتماد على المساعدات والحفاظ على السياد. وذلك باستخدام منهج دراسة الحالة، ومنهج صنع القرار، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وسعت الدراسة للإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي: كيف أثرت المساعدات الأمريكية على القرار السياسي الأردني خلال فترة صفقة القرن وأحداث غزة 2022؟. خلصت الدراسة بنتائج تمثلت بـأنَّ شهدت المنطقة تصاعدًا في التوترات الإقليمية، بما في ذلك صفقة القرن وأحداث غزة، مما أدى إلى زيادة الضغوط على الحكومة الأردنية وتأثيرها على اتخاذ القرارات السياسية، قدمت الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية جميع أشكال المساعدات الخارجية للأردن، وأبرزها الاقتصادية والعسكرية، عبر مؤسساتها المختلفة. انقسمت هذه المساعدات إلى دعم الموازنة العامة ودعم قطاعات حيوية مثل التعليم والمياه والصحة وتنمية الخدمات. كما ارتبط تأثير قرارات السياسة الخارجية الأردنية على المساعدات الأمريكية بمواقف الأردن من قضايا مثل "صفقة القرن" والحرب على "قطاع غزة"، وظهر هذا التأثير وفقًا لمدى توافق أو معارضة الأردن للمبادئ الأيديولوجية الأمريكية، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالقضية الفلسطينية وحفظ الاقتصاد والأمن الداخلي. ولعبت المساعدات الأمريكية دورًا حيويًا في دعم الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي في الأردن، وأنَّ الأردن يظل بحاجة مستمرة إلى تعزيز التنسيق الدولي والعمل على إيجاد حلول للتحديات السياسية والاقتصادية التي تواجهه، وذلك من خلال الشراكات الدولية والمحافظة على الدعم الأمريكي والمساعدات الدولية الأخرى |

This study aims to analyze the impact of American aid on Jordanian political decision-making by examining the relationship between foreign aid, the Deal of the Century, and Jordan's role in it. It also highlights the role of this aid in shaping Jordan's stance on the Palestinian issue and the events in Gaza, with a focus on how the aid is directed and its influence on Jordan's foreign policy. Additionally, the study provides recommendations to enhance the independence of Jordanian political decision-making while benefiting from foreign support in a manner that serves national interests and balances reliance on aid with maintaining sovereignty.
The study employs the case study method, the decision-making approach, and the descriptive-analytical method. It seeks to answer the main question: How did American aid influence Jordanian political decision-making during the period of the Deal of the Century and the Gaza events in 2022?
The study concluded that the region witnessed an escalation in regional tensions, including the Deal of the Century and the events in Gaza, which increased pressure on the Jordanian government and influenced its political decisions. The United States of America provided all forms of external aid to Jordan, most notably economic and military aid, through various institutions. This aid was divided into support for the general budget and support for vital sectors such as education, water, health, and service development.
The impact of Jordanian foreign policy decisions on American aid was tied to Jordan's positions on issues such as the Deal of the Century and the conflict in the Gaza Strip. This impact was determined by the extent to which Jordan aligned with or opposed the ideological principles of the United States, especially regarding the Palestinian issue and the preservation of Jordan's economy and internal security.
American aid played a vital role in supporting political and economic stability in Jordan. The study emphasized that Jordan remains in constant need of strengthening international coordination and finding solutions to the political and economic challenges it faces through international partnerships, maintaining American support, and securing other forms of international aid.
