هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف الى دور مديري المدارس بمحافظة الزرقاء في تفعيل الأنشطة اللاصفية وأثر ذلك على العملية التربوية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات المدارس الاساسية في محافظة الزرقاء لعام 2017/2018م، وعددهم (245) مديراً ومديرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (123) مديراً ومديرة منهم (49) مديراً و(74) مديرة. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة. أظهرت النتائج أن دور مديري المدارس الاساسية في تفعيل الانشطة اللاصفية كان بدرجة متوسطة في جميع المجالات، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى الى متغير الجنس لصالح الإناث في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال متابعة الانشطة اللاصفية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى إلى المؤهل العلمي فيما يتعلق بالمجالات(دور مدير المدرسة في اختيار مشرفي النشاط وروادها من الطلبة، دور مدير المدرسة في تفعيل مشاركة أولياء الامور والمجتمع المحلي، دور مدير المدرسة في تقويم الانشطة اللاصفية)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي فيما يتعلق بمجالي(التخطيط والمتابعة) لصالح حملة الدبلوم العالي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى الى متغير سنوات الخدمة في الادارة المدرسية في جميع المجالات، وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: ضرورة اتاحة الفرصة للطلبة في المدراس لاختيار الأنشطة اللاصفي التي تتلائم مع ميولهم وقدراتهم، العمل على تخصيص ميزانية مالية مناسبة لتنفيذ الأنشطة اللاصفية. |

The study aimed to identify the role of school principals at Zarqa governorate in promoting extracurricular activities and its impact on the educational process. The study population consisted of all the male and female principals of primary schools in Zarqa for the academic year 2017/2018 amounting to (245). The study sample consisted of (123) principals, (49) males and (74) females. The survey descriptive approach was used due to its suitability to the nature of the study. To achieve the objectives of the study, the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The results showed that the role of the school principals in promoting the extracurricular activities was medium in all areas, there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of gender in favor of the females in all areas except for the field of "following up the extracurricular activities", there were no statistically significant differences attributed to the scientific qualification in relation to the fields of (the role of the school principal in choosing the activity supervisors and students, the role of the school principal in activating the participation of parents and community, and the role of the school principal in evaluating the extracurricular activities), there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of scientific qualification with regards to the fields of (planning and follow-up) in favor of the higher diploma holders and no statistically significant differences attributable to the years of service in the school management in all fields. In light of the results, the researcher presented a set of recommendations, most notably of which: provide opportunities for students to choose extracurricular activities that suit their orientation and abilities, allocate an appropriate financial budget for the implementation of extracurricular activities |
