الملخص بالعربية |
تناول البحث منظومة كونفوشيوس الأخلاقية الإصلاحية للفرد والجماعة والحاكم ضمن الضوابط الشرعية، وقياساً على المنهج الإسلامي للخروج بأوجه التشابه والاختلاف فيما بينهما، وإظهاراً لتفوق المنهج الرباني في ذلك.
فقد قدم الحكيم كونفوشيوس فلسفته الإجتماعية السياسية مستنيراً بالأخلاق الفاضلة التي استمد جذورها ممن سبقوه، فجاء بالمشروع الإصلاحي للمجتمع والدولة معاً لمعالجة الفوضى السياسية والأخلاقية آنذاك، فأنطلق من إيمانه المطلق بأن تجديده الأخلاقي هو الحل الأمثل الذي يعتمد على صلاح الأسرة وتحقيقها لفضيلة الطاعة التي تتسع تدريجياً للوصول للحاكم، ومنه نجد بأن ارتباط الأخلاق بجميع الجوانب كان حاضراً، وكما أظهرت الباحثة ذلك من خلال تصنيف الأخلاق لديه ضمن ثلاثة محاور رئيسية.
وقد تم تقسيم الدراسة الى أربعة فصول: الفصل التمهيدي: تناول مفهوم الأخلاق عند كونفوشيوس وحياته ونشأته ووفاته، الفصل الأول: أخلاق الفرد عند كونفوشيوس في ضوء القرآن والسنة ،الفصل الثاني: أخلاق الناس فيما بينهم عند كونفوشيوس في ضوء القرآن والسنة، الفصل الثالث: أخلاق الحاكم في تعاليم كونفوشيوس في ضوء القرآن والسنة، ثم الخاتمة وفيها نتائج البحث والتوصيات

The research dealt with Confucius reform moral system for the individual, the group, and the ruler within the legal controls and by analogy with the Islamic approach to find similarities and differences between them and to demonstrate the superiority of the divine approach in this regard.
The wise Confucius presented his social and political philosophy, enlightened by the virtuous morals that were derived from his predecessors. He came up with the reform project, empowering and together, to address the political and moral chaos. He started from his absolute belief that moral renewal is the only solution that depends on the righteousness of all actions for the virtue of obedience, which expands to quickly reach the ruler, and from him. He found that the connection to morals was comprehensively affected by the present, and the researcher also did this by classifying his morals into three main axes.
The study was divided into four chapters: The explanatory chapter: The concept of morality according to Confucius and his nature, upbringing, and death. The first chapter: The morals of the individual according to Confucius in the light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. The second chapter: The morals of people among themselves according to Confucius in the light of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. The third chapter: Ethics. Al-Hakim in the teachings of Confucius in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah, then the conclusion, which contains the results of the research and recommendations |
