هدفت الدراسة تعرّف درجة توظيف التقنيات الحديثة وعلاقتها بالقيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس في مديرية تربية البادية الشمالية الغربية، وأثر متغيرات: (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) في ذلك، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الإرتباطي، وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من (558) معلماً ومعلمة جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة تكونت من متغيرين الأول: لقياس توظيف التقنيات الحديثة لدى مديري المدارس، وتكون من (32) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، والثاني: لقياس القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس، وتكون من (32) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توظيف التقنيات الحديثة لدى مديري المدارس متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح من تقل خبرتهم عن 5 سنوات. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس متوسط. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح من تقل خبرتهم عن 5 سنوات. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية (طردية) دالة إحصائياً بين مجالات توظيف التقنيات الحديثة ومجالات القيادة الابتكارية لدى مديري المدارس.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: تبني خطة متكاملة لتطوير البيئة التعليمية تشمل: تعزيز التدريب على أدوات التقييم الإلكتروني، وتطوير استراتيجيات التواصل الابتكاري عبر منصات رقمية، ودعم البنية التحتية التقنية لتسهيل تنفيذ هذه المبادرات بكفاءة، وتعزيز الشراكات المجتمعية الرقمية كتطوير موقع إلكتروني موحد لعرض إنجازات المدارس الابتكارية للمجتمع المحلي

The study aimed to identify the degree of employment of modern technologies and their relationship to innovative leadership among school principals in the Directorate of Education in the North-Western Badia, and the impact of variables (sex, educational qualifications, and years of experience) on this. The researcher useda descriptive correlational survey method, and the study sample consisted of 558 teachers who were selected using simple random sampling. To achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed consisting of of two variables. The first was to measure the use of modern technologies by school principals and consisted of 32 items distributed across four areas. The second was to measure the innovative leadership of school principals and consisted of 32 items distributed across four areas. The validity and reliability of the tool were verified. The results of the study showed that the degree of use of modern technologies by school principals is moderate. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of sex and educational qualification variables, and that there were statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of years of experience, in favour of those with less than 5 years of experience. The results indicated that the level of innovative leadership among school principals was moderate. The results showed no statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of sex and educational qualification variables, and statistically significant differences attributable to the effect of years of experience in favour of those with less than 5 years of experience. The results also showed a positive (direct) correlation that was statistically significant between the areas of modern technology use and the areas of innovative leadership among school principals.
In light of the study's findings, the researcher made a bunch of recommendations, with the main ones being: adopting a comprehensive plan to improve the educational environment, including: Enhancing training on e-assessment tools, developing innovative communication strategies via digital platforms, supporting the technical infrastructure to facilitate the efficient implementation of these initiatives, and strengthening digital community partnerships, such as developing a unified website to showcase the achievements of innovative schools to the local community
