هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية عمان الأولى للقيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ومعرفة فيما إذا كان هنالك فروق تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اسُتخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، احتوى مجتمع الدراسة على (4013) من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في تربية عمان الأولى، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (572) معلم ومعلمة في تربية عمان الأولى، كانت الأداة من الاستبانة وتكونت من (33) فقرة موزعة على (5) مجالات، وتم التأكد من الصدق والثبات لأداة الدراسة، أشارت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية عمان الأولى للقيادة المرتكزة على المبادئ من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت مرتفعة، وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير الجنس في كافة المجالات باستثناء مجال التنمية المهنية وكانت الفروقات لصالح الإناث ، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية من تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في كافة المجالات باستثناء بعدي (العدالة في توزع المسؤوليات، مجال التنمية المهنية) وكانت تلك الفروقات لصالح الحاصلين على درجة البكالوريوس، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في كافة المجالات.
وقد أوصت الباحثة بأن يستمر المديرون بتوضيح الأدوار اللازمة لتحقيق رؤية المدرسة، وأن يواصل المديرون التزامهم بالشفافية في عرض المعلومات والقرارات

The study aimed to identify the degree to which principals of schools in Amman First Education practice principle-based leadership from the teachers' point of view, and whether there are differences attributable to the variables (gender, educational qualification, and number of years of experience) and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and the study population contained (4013) teachers in public schools in Amman First Education. The study sample consisted of (4013) teachers of public schools in Amman First Education, and the study sample consisted of (572) teachers in Amman First Education, the tool was a questionnaire consisting of (33) paragraphs distributed over (5) areas, and the reliability and stability of the study tool was confirmed, the results indicated that the degree of practice of There were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample due to the gender variable in all domains except the professional development domain, and the differences were in favour of females, and there were statistically significant differences due to the educational qualification variable in all domains except the dimensions (justice in the distribution of responsibilities, professional development domain) and these differences were in favour of those who hold a bachelor's degree, and there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of years of experience in all domains.
The researcher recommended that principals continue to clarify the roles needed to achieve the school's vision, and that principals continue their commitment to transparency in presenting information and decisions
