هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الحوكمة، وفعالية إتخاذ القرار في إدارة المشاريع العامة: الدروس المستفادة من تنفيذ مشروع الباص السريع، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من الإداريين والمهندسين والقائمين على المشروع في كل من وزارة الأشغال وأمانة عمان الكبرى، وبلغ عددهم(214) موظفًا تقريبًا، وتم اعتماد عينة ميسرة لتتناسب مع طبيعة الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (187) موظفًا، تبنت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت من (28) فقرة لقياس أبعاد المتغيرات، واستخدمت مجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات من خلال برنامج (SPSS)، اهمها كان الاوساط الحسابية والنسب والتكرار والانحدار المتعدد، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهم نتيجة وهي بأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05??) لأبعاد الحوكمة (المشاركة، المساءلة، الشفافية) في فعالية إتخاذ القرار لإدارة المشاريع العامة، وان مستوى كل من الحوكمة وفعالية إتخاذ القرار جاء مرتفعا. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة الاهتمام بالحوكمة باعتبار الحوكمة نسيج هام لتحسين فعالية اتخاذ القرار مختلف الجوانب. فقد كشفت نتائج البحث عن العلاقة الوثيقة التي تربط الحوكمة بفعالية اتخاذ القرار |

The study aimed to Governance and Decision-Making Effectiveness in Public Project Management: A Case Study of Bus Rapid Transit System, and the study population consisted of administrators and engineers in both the Ministry of Works and the Greater Amman Municipality, and their number reached approximately (214) employees, and a soft sample was adopted to suit the nature of the study, and the study sample consisted of (187) employees,And The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach. The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and consisted of (28) items to measure the dimensions of variables, and a set of statistical tests were used to analyze data and test hypotheses through the (SPSS) program, the most important of which were arithmetic media, ratios, repetition and multiple regression, and study reached the most important result, which is that there is a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (0.05??) of the dimensions of governance (participation, accountability, transparency) in the effectiveness of decision-making for the management of public projects, and that the level of both governance and the effectiveness of decision-making was high. The study recommended the need to increase attention to governance as governance is an important fabric to improve the effectiveness of decision-making in various aspects. The results of the research revealed the close relationship between governance and effective decision-making |
