هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الأساسية للقيادة الأخلاقية وعلاقتها بالمساءلة الادارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال تطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الاساسية في قصبة المفرق، والبالغ عددهم (2181)، ومنهم (1252) إناث، (929) ذكور، حيث اعتمد الباحث على الطريقة العشوائية في اختيار عينة الدراسة، حيث قام بتوزيع (450) استبانة على معلمي المرحلة الاساسية في المدارس، استرد منها (420) وبعد مراجعة الاستبانات تبين أن عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل الاحصائي بلغ (400)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى مرتفع من المساءلة الادارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ومستوى مرتفع من ممارسة مدراء المدارس الأساسية للقيادة الاخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأن هناك علاقة طردية بين ممارسة مدراء المدراس الأساسية للقيادة الاخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأيضاً علاقة طردية بين مستوى المساءلة الادارية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأوصت الدراسة بعديد من التوصيات أهمها: عقد برامج تدريبية قيادية تلبي حاجاتهم العملية والادبية في مجال المساءلة.

 The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing the ethical leadership and its relation to the administrative accountability by the principals of the schools of basic education from the perspective of teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive, analytical method through preparing the questionnaire and distributing it to all the members of the school community, which consisted of all the teachers of the schools of basic education in Mafraq amounting to (2181) by (1252) females and (929) males. The researcher adopted the random method in selecting the study sample where he distributed (450) questionnaires to the teachers of basic education out of which (420) were retrieved; after reviewing the questionnaires, it was found that the number of questionnaires valid for the statistical analysis was (400). The study concluded that there was a high level of the administrative accountability from the perspective of teachers, a high level of practicing the ethical leadership by the principals of the schools of basic education from the perspective of teachers, a direct relationship between the degree of practicing the ethical leadership by the principals of the schools of basic school from the perspective of teachers and a direct relationship between the level of the administrative accountability from the perspective of teachers. The study recommended several points, most important of which is holding leadership training programs that meet their practical and literary needs in the field of accountability
