هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية وعلاقتها بالإلتزام الذاتي لدى مديري مدارس تربية قصبة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ودراسة أثر الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة والتخصص، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الإرتباطي وتم تطوير أداة دراسة تكونت من محورين الأول استبانة القيادة الإيمانية وتكونت من (35) فقرة موزعة على المجالات الآتية (الصفات الشخصية والصفات الإدارية والعلاقات الإنسانية والعمل بروح الفريق) والمحور الثاني استبانة الإلتزام الذاتي تكون من (19) فقرة موزعة على المجالات الآتية (الإلتزام العاطفي والإلتزام الإستمراري والعلاقات الإنسانية). وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها.
وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (374) معلماً ومعلمة وتم إختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتيه: أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية لدى مديري مدارس تربية قصبة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين متوسطة وقد جاءت جميع المجالات بدرجة متوسطة على التوالي (الصفات الشخصية والعلاقات الإنسانية والعمل بروح الفريق والصفات الإدارية)، ودلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح الخبرة المتوسطة من (10-5سنوات) ودلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والتخصص.
وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الإلتزام الذاتي لدى مديري مدارس تربية قصبة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين متوسطة وجاءت جميع المجالات بمستوى متوسط على التوالي (العلاقات الإنسانية والإلتزام العاطفي والإلتزام الإستمراري)، وبينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والتخصص وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين مجالات القيادة الإيمانية ومجالات الإلتزام الذاتي وجاءت العلاقة إرتباطية إيجابية طردية، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها تضمين معايير اختيار مدراء المدارس أخلاقيات مهنية مصدرها الشريعة الإسلامية.

The study aimed to identify the degree of spiritual leadership practice and its relationship with self-commitment among principals of schools in the Zarqa Education directorate administration from teacher's perceptions, and to study the impact of gender, scientific qualification, experience and specialization. The study used a descriptive survey correlational method, and developed a study tool consisted of two domains: the first domain was to measure the Spiritual leadership, it consisted of (35) items distributed on the following domains: personal traits, administrative traits, human relationships, teamwork. The second domain was to measure self-commitment, it consisted of (19) items distributed on the following domains: Affective commitment, continuous commitment, and human relationships. The validity and reliability of the study instrument was verified.
The study was applied to a sample of (374) teachers who were selected based on a simple random method. The study found that the degree of spiritual leadership practicing among school principals from teachers perceptions is moderate, and all domains were moderate respectively (personal traits, human relationships, teamwork and administrative traits). The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members due to experience. Differences were in favor of members with (5-10) years of experience. The results indicated that there were no statistical significance differences due to gender, specialization and scientific qualification. The results also showed that the degree of self-commitment among principals of schools in the Education Zarqa directorate administration from the teacher?s perceptions, was moderate and all domains were moderate respectively (human relationships, affective commitment and continuous commitment).
The results of the study showed that the level of self-compliance among the principals of the schools of Zarqa education from the point of view of the teachers is medium and all the fields have reached an average level respectively (human relations, emotional commitment and continuous commitment). The results of the study showed no differences of statistical significance due to gender variable, And the specialization. The results of the study showed a statistically significant correlation between the areas of leadership and self-compliance. The correlation was positive and positive. In light of the study results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, Yen Criteria for selection of school principals ethics professional source of Islamic law
