هدفت هذه الدِّراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس الثانويَّة في قصبة المفرق في تعزيز القيادة الذاتيَّة لدى معلميهم, ولتحقيق هدف الدِّراسة تمّ استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدِّراسة وأسئلتها؛ وذلك باستخدام أداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدِّراسة تكونت من (48) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات, تكون مجتمع الدِّراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانويَّة التابعة لمديريَّة التربيَّة والتعليم للواء قصبة المفرق والبالغ عددهم (490) تكونت عينة الدِّراسة من (468) معلماً ومعلمة بنسبة (95.6%) من مجتمع الدِّراسة الكلي, أظهرت نتائج الدِّراسة أنَّ مستوى دور مديري المدارس الثانويَّة في تعزيز القيادة الذاتيَّة لمعلميهم قد جاء بدرجة متوسِّطة بمتوسط حسابي (3.21) ولجميع مجالات الدِّراسة على التوالي حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى تفويض السلطة, تلاها في المرتبة الثانيَّة تنميَّة الإبداع والابتكار, تلاها في لمرتبة الثالثة تعزيز النزاهة والشفافيَّة, تلاها في المرتبة الرابعة التنميَّة الذاتيَّة, وجاء في المرتبة الأخيرة التنميَّة المهنيَّة, كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة، لصالح 10 سنوات فأقل, كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيَّة تعزى لأثر الجنس، لصالح الذكور, وعدم وجود فروق تعزى للمؤهل العلمي والتخصص, وأوصت الدِّراسة أن يقوم مديري المدارس بإشراك المعلمين في اتخاذ القرارات الإداريَّة, لتفعيل مبدأ تفويض السلطة في المدارس الثانويَّة, كذلك بتمكيّن المعلمين من المشاركة في صناعة القرار الخاصة بالمدرسة, وذلك بالاستفادة من خبراتهم العلميَّة والعمليَّة. |

This study aimed to identify the Role of Secondary School Principals at Mafraq Education Directorate in Enhancing Self Leadership Among their Teachers , and to achieve the objective of the study the descriptive analytical method was used to fit the nature of the study and its questions, using a tool to collect data from the sample study form From (48) A paragraph divided in five areas, the study community of all the teachers of the governmental Secondary Schools of the Directorate of Education of the Brigade of the Mafraq and the number of (490) The study sample was from (468) teachers and teacher by (95.6%) From the whole study community. The results of the study showed that the level of the role of secondary school principals in enhancing the self-leadership of their teachers came at an average rate of arithmetic (3.21) and all fields of study respectively where the delegation of authority, followed by second place in the development of creativity and innovation , followed in third place to promote integrity and transparency, followed by the fourth self-development, and came in the last place of professional development, as the results showed the existence of statistically significant differences due to the impact of years of experience, for the benefit of 10 years and less, as the results showed the existence of differences Statistical significance attributed to the impact of sex, for the benefit of males, and the absence of differences attributed to the qualification and specialization, the study recommended that principals involve teachers in making administrative decisions, to activate the principle of delegation of authority in secondary schools, as well as to enable teachers to participate in the industry The decision of the school, taking advantage of their scientific and practical experience
