Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of quality requirements university Organizational environment from the perspective of the students at Al - AlBayt University, and exploring the impact of gender, college, course and the program, the study sample consisted of (533) students, They applied a questionnaire consisting of (66) paragraphs divided into two domains, First: (administrative-organizational) which contained (28) paragraphs distributed on five fields: (classrooms, health facilities, cafeterias, canteens, Student Affairs, and the admission and registration), the second Domain: (the academic) which contained (38) paragraphs distributed on four fields: (the teaching staff, the library, laboratories, and the Tests), After verifying the validity and reliability of the questionnaire.
The study reached the following results:
-The degree of availability of the requirements of the quality domains of the university regulatory environment from the point of view of Al-Bayt University students is average, the academic domain ranked first, and to a medium degree, the second rank came at the administrative (organizational) domain and at a medium level, respectively.
-The results showed that the degree of availability of university regulatory environment quality requirements from the perspective of the Al-AL Bayt University students for administrative (organizational) domain is Medium, the fields were arranged as follows: (classrooms, health facilities, admission and registration, student affairs, canteens and cafeteria), respectively.
--The results showed that the degree of availability of university regulatory environment quality requirements from the perspective of the Al-AL Bayt University students for academic domain is medium, and the arrangement of the areas as follows: (Laboratories, tests, faculty, and the Library), respectively.
-The Results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ? ?) for the responses of the sample of the study on the (administrative and academic) domains, and on all fields of administrative and academic domains due to the variables of gender, college, level, and program, With the exception of the field of laboratories from the academic domain, there were differences attributed to the college and to the benefit of the humanitarian faculties.
Depend on these results, the study recommended a couple of recommendations, the most important of: concentrate in implementation the comprehensive quality standards in the requirements of institutional and program accreditation, which is Related to academy, materialism, Accessories aspects to achieve the Total quality requirements for the university environment
