هَدفت هَذِه الدِّراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المتغيرات الإقليمية على الأمن الوطني الأردني: 2011-2025, وانطلقت هذه الدِّراسة من فرضية مفادها: إنَّ المتغيرات الإقليمية أثرت سلباً على الأمن الوطني الاردني, إذ ساهمت هذه المتغيرات في إحداث تهديدات ومخاطر على الأمن السياسي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي للأردن خلال الفترة 2011-2025. واعتمد لإجراء هذه الدِّراسة مبدأ التكامل المنهجي بالاعتماد على منهج تحليل النظم, ومنهج صنع القرار لملائمتها لطبيعة الدِّراسة وأهدافها. وتوصلت الدِّراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها: أنَّ الأمن الوطني الأردني قد تأثر بتداعيات الأزمات الإقليمية مثل أزمة النزوح السوري, والصراع في الضفة الغربية, والحرب على غزة؛ مما أدى إلى بروز ضغوط اقتصادية واجتماعية وأمنية على الدولة والمجتمع, وبالرغم من ذلك فقد استجابت الدولة لهذه التحديات, وذلك من خلال تعزيز البنية التحتية الحدودية, وتطوير القدرات الدفاعية والاستخبارية, ووضع العديد من البرامج التنموية والإنسانية, والاستفادة من الدعم الدولي للحفاظ على السيادة الوطنية, وتعكس التجربة الأردنية نهج متكامل يجمع بين الأمن والتنمية لضمان تحقيق الاستقرار الوطني والإقليمي, إلا أنَّ المعضلة الكبرى التي وقعت على كاهل الأردن تمثلت في استقبال الأردن لموجات كبيرة من النزوح مما أدى إلى أن يتحمل الاقتصاد الأردني والمواطنين أعباءً اقتصادية جمة خصوصاً في ظل تراجع المساعدات الأجنبية, وارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة وأجور السكن, وعدم وجود مساعدات دولية تستهدف خفض مشكلتي الفقر والبطالة في المجتمع الأردني. |

This study aimed to identify the impact of regional variables on Jordanian national security during the period 2011?2025. The study proceeded from the hypothesis that regional variables have negatively affected Jordanian national security, as these variables contributed to the emergence of threats and risks to Jordan?s political, economic, and social security throughout the period 2011?2025. To conduct this study, the principle of methodological integration was adopted, relying on the systems analysis approach and the decision-making approach, due to their suitability to the nature and objectives of the study. The study reached a set of findings, the most significant of which is that Jordanian national security has been affected by the repercussions of regional crises, such as the Syrian refugee crisis, the conflict in the West Bank, and the war on Gaza. These developments led to the emergence of economic, social, and security pressures on the state and society. Despite this, the state responded to these challenges by strengthening border infrastructure, developing defensive and intelligence capabilities, implementing numerous developmental and humanitarian programs, and benefiting from international support in order to preserve national sovereignty. The Jordanian experience reflects an integrated approach that combines security and development to ensure the achievement of national and regional stability. However, the major dilemma borne by Jordan was represented by its reception of large waves of displacement, which resulted in the Jordanian economy and citizens shouldering substantial economic burdens, particularly in light of the decline in foreign aid, the rise in living costs and housing rents, and the absence of international assistance targeting the reduction of poverty and unemployment in Jordanian societ |
