تناولت هذه الدراسة روايتي المشروع الروائي الجديد للروائي الأردني إبراهيم السعافين، وهما الطريق إلى سحماتا الصادرة عام 2017، وظلال القطمون عام 2020، الصادرتان عن دار الأهلية في عمان، وقد حاول الباحث دراسة الخطاب السردي في هاتين الروايتين معتمدا في ذلك على آليات تحليل الخطاب السردي، فتناول بدايةً تعريفا بالروائي وأهم منجزاته النقدية والفنية، وحاول تبيان أثر الخلفية النقدية على البناء السردي للروايتين، ومدى التعالق بين الأجناس الأدبية المختلفة التي كتب فيها السارد، وتشابكها مع الخطاب السردي، وذلك عبر تضمين بعض الأفكار والمواقف والأبيات الشعرية والاقتباسات، سواء أكان ذلك في العتبات النصية، أو ضمن النص الروائي.
وقفت الدراسة على العتبات النصية المختلفة، وتبينت أثرها وتشابكها مع المضامين الروائية المختلفة، وكيفية بناء الشخصيات السردية، وآليات توظيف الشخصيات التاريخية وفق مخيال السارد، بما يتلاءم مع البناء السردي والفني للنص. ثم ينتقل الباحث لدراسة التقنيات السردية، التي استعملها السارد في روايتيه من تقنياتٍ زمانية، وتقنيات التعالي النصي، وأخيرًا ينتقل الباحث لدراسة المكان وأثره ودلالاته في النص

This study dealt with the two novels of the new novel project by the Jordanian novelist Ibrahim Al-Saafin, which are The Road to Sahmata, published in 2017, and Shadows of Qatamon in 2020, published by Dar Al-Ahliyya in Amman. The researcher tried to study the narrative discourse in these two novels, relying in doing so on the mechanisms of discourse analysis and the possibilities of... The semiotic approach, which initially introduced an introduction to the novelist and his most important critical and artistic achievements, and attempted to demonstrate the impact of the critical background on the narrative structure of the two novels. The extent of the relationship between the different literary genres in which the narrator wrote, and their intertwining with narrative discourse, in including some ideas, positions, poetic verses, and quotations, whether in textual thresholds, or within the narrative text.
Then the study dealt with the different textual thresholds, their impact and their intertwining with the various narrative contents, and then studied how to build narrative characters, and the mechanisms for employing historical characters according to the imagination of the narrator, and what is compatible with the narrative and artistic construction of the text, and then the researcher moves on to study the narrative techniques that the narrator used. In his two novels, there are temporal techniques and techniques of textual transcendence. Finally, the researcher moves on to study the place, its impact, and its connotations in the text
