هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف عن أثر مرونة سلاسل التّوريد بأبعادها الخمسة (مرونة العمليات، مرونة التّوريد، مرونة التسليم، مرونة المعلومات، مرونة التكنولوجيا) في الأداء المؤسسي في المؤسسة الاستهلاكية المدنية في الأردن، من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتطوير استبانة مكونة من (33) فقرة موزعة على مجالين رئيسيين: الأول يمثل أبعاد مرونة سلاسل التّوريد، والثاني يقيس الأداء المؤسسي. وقد تم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة، وتحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج (SPSS, 2024). تكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في المؤسسة الاستهلاكية المدنية في الأردن، موزعين على الوظائف الإدارية والمالية واللوجستية والفنية، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (100) موظف وموظفة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى مرونة سلاسل التّوريد في المؤسسة جاء مرتفعًا، وكان بعد "مرونة العمليات" الأعلى بين الأبعاد، مما يعكس قدرة المؤسسة على التكيف مع التغيرات المحيطة. كما كشفت النتائج عن مستوى مرتفع للأداء المؤسسي، مما يدل على كفاءة المؤسسة في استغلال مواردها وتحقيق أهدافها. وبينت نتائج تحليل الانحدار وجود أثر دال إحصائيًا لجميع أبعاد المرونة في تفسير التباين في الأداء المؤسسي، وكان الأثر الأبرز لمرونتي العمليات والمعلومات، في حين جاء تأثير مرونتي التّوريد والتكنولوجيا بدرجة مرتفعة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز أبعاد مرونة سلاسل التّوريد، لا سيما مرونة المعلومات والتكنولوجيا، وتطوير أنظمة معلومات فعالة تدعم الاستجابة السريعة وتحسين جودة الخدمات، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج تدريبية تسهم في رفع كفاءة العاملين وزيادة قدرتهم على التكيف مع التغيرات في بيئة العمل.

 This study aimed to investigate the impact of supply chain flexibility, with its five dimensions (process flexibility, supply flexibility, delivery flexibility, information flexibility, and technology flexibility), on institutional performance in the Civil Consumer Corporation in Jordan, from the perspective of its employees. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and a questionnaire consisting of (33) items was developed, distributed across two main domains: the first covering the five dimensions of supply chain flexibility, and the second measuring institutional performance. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified using appropriate statistical methods, and data were analyzed using SPSS (2024). The study population consisted of all employees working in the Civil Consumer Corporation in Jordan, across administrative, financial, logistical, and technical positions. A simple random sample of (100) employees (male and female) was selected. The results indicated that the overall level of supply chain flexibility in the institution was high, with "process flexibility" scoring the highest mean, reflecting the organization's ability to adapt its production and service operations to environmental changes. Additionally, institutional performance was also found to be at a high level, indicating the organization's efficiency in utilizing resources and achieving its goals. Regression analysis showed that all dimensions of supply chain flexibility had a statistically significant impact on institutional performance, with process and information flexibility having the most prominent effects, while supply and technology flexibility had a moderate influence. Based on these findings, the study recommends further strengthening of supply chain flexibility dimensions?especially information and technology flexibility?by developing effective information systems that enhance responsiveness and service quality. It also emphasizes the need for training programs that improve employee competencies and adaptability to changes in the work environment
