Let G be a finite group . The first aim of this thesis is to define the class of Brandl groups as follow : a finite group G is a Brandl group if and only if it has a unique conjugacy class of non-normal subgroups . We provide examples and theorems of Brandl groups, as well as study properties like uncloseness for subgroups and quotient groups. Second , we define the class of CC-groups as follows : a group G is a CC-group if and only if the commutator
?? is a subgroup of Z(G) . And then find the relation between CC-Groups and nilpotent Brandl groups. Third , we define CLT Groups as follows : A finite group G is a CLT group if and only if it satisfies the following converse to La-grange?s theorem : for every divisor d of O(G) , G has a subgroup of order d. And then find the relation between CLT groups and Brandl groups . CLT groups give us elegant and important algabriac properties for Brandl groups in general
