هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة التزام مديري المدارس في مخيم الزعتري بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. واعتمدت الباحثة في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظراً لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها. وتم تطوير أداة لقياس التزام مديري المدارس في مخيم الزعتري بأخلاقيات المهنة تضمنت (48) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات هي مجال أخلاقيات المدير تجاه عمله، وأخلاقيات المدير تجاه المعلمين، وأخلاقيات المدير تجاه الطلبة، وأخلاقيات المدير مع أولياء الأمور، وأخلاقيات المدير تجاه المجتمع المحلي. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (135) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي مدارس مخيم الزعتري التابعة لمديرية تربية البادية الشمالية الغربية في محافظة المفرق.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنَّ درجة التزام مديري المدارس في مخيم الزعتري بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت مرتفعة، وأنَّه لم تكن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة التزام مديري المدارس في مخيم الزعتري بأخلاقيات المهنة تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ومتغير الخبرة باستثناء أخلاقيات المدير مع أولياء الأمور، وأخلاقيات المدير تجاه المجتمع المحلي وجاءت الفروق لصالح من كان لديه خبرة 5 سنوات فأكثر.
وفي ضوء النتائج اوصت الباحثة بتعزيز مبادئ أخلاقيات المهنة لدى مديري المدارس في مخيم الزعتري للمحافظة على المستوى المرتفع لديهم في مختلف المجالات

The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of school principals in Zaatari camp to the ethics of the profession from the teachers' point of view. In the study, the researcher adopted the descriptive survey method due to its relevance to the nature and objectives of the study. A tool was developed to measure the commitment of school principals in Zaatari camp to the ethics of the profession, which included 48 items distributed over five areas: the principal?s ethics toward his work, the principal?s ethics toward teachers, the principal?s ethics toward students, the principal?s ethics with parents, and the principal?s ethics toward the local community. The study sample consisted of 135 male and female teachers from Zaatari camp schools affiliated to the North West Badia Education Directorate in Mafraq Governorate.
The results of the study showed that the degree of commitment of school principals in Zaatari camp to the ethics of the profession from the teachers? point of view was high, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members to the degree of commitment of school principals in Zaatari camp to the ethics of profession due to the variables of gender, academic qualification, and the variable of experience. With the exception of the principal's ethics with parents and the principal's ethics toward the local community, the differences were in favor of those who had experience of five years or more. Based on the results, the researcher recommended strengthening the principles of the ethics of profession for school principals in Zaatari camp to maintain their high level in various fields
