هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى دور معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في الحد من أساليب التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة في مديرية لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظر معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتم إعداد استبانة تكونت من جزئين، الجزء الأول خُصص لقياس درجة انتشار أساليب التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة وبلغ (13) فقرة، والجزء الثاني خُصص لقياس دور معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في الحد من أساليب التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة وبلغ (14) فقرة، وتكون أفراد الدراسة من (100) معلما ومعلمة.
وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة انتشار أساليب التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة في مديرية لواء بني عبيد من وجهة نظر معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية قد جاءت بدرجة قليلة، وأن دور معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في الحد من أساليب التنمر الإلكتروني لدى الطلبة في مديرية تربية لواء بني عبيد قد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير التخصص.
وبناء على ذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة حث معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية على إجراء مناقشات حول ظاهرة التنمر الإلكتروني وأثارها السلبية على الطلبة، وتفعيل تعليمات مدرسية مناسبة وواضحة للتعامل مع الطلبة المتنمرين.

The current study aimed to identify the degree of prevalence of electronic bullying methods among students in the Bani Ubaid District Directorate from the point of view of social studies teachers, and the role of social studies teachers in reducing electronic bullying methods among students in the Bani Ubaid District Education Directorate, and to reveal individual differences in the response of a sample. The study, and to achieve the objectives of the study, relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and a questionnaire was prepared that consisted of two parts, the first part was devoted to measuring the degree of prevalence of cyberbullying methods among students and amounted to (13) items, and the second part was devoted to measuring the role of social studies teachers in reducing cyberbullying methods At the students It reached (14) paragraphs, and the study population consisted of (100) male and female of social studies teachers.
The results of the study showed that the degree of prevalence of cyberbullying methods among student in the Bani Ubaid District Directorate from the point of view of social studies teachers was low, and that the role of social studies teachers in reducing cyberbullying methods among students in the Bani Ubaid District Education Directorate was high. There were no statistically significant differences due to the specialization variable.
Accordingly, the study recommended the need to urge social studies teachers to conduct discussions about the phenomenon of cyberbullying and its negative effects on students, and to activate strict and clear school laws to deal with bullying students
