الملخص بالعربية
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم نشاط العلاقات العامة في مجالات: (الاتصال, التخطيط, البحوث, التقويم) من وجهة نظر العاملين في أقسام العلاقات العامة في القطاع الحكومي الأردني, وبيان الفروقات في إجابات عينة الدراسة نحو تقييم واقع أنشطة العلاقات العامة, وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الكمي بإتباع أسلوب الدراسات المسحية الارتباطي نظراً لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها, وتكون مجتمع هذه الدراسة من العاملين في أقسام العلاقات العامة في ستة وزرات في القطاع الحكومي الأردني وهي (وزارة الداخلية, وزارة الأشغال العامة والإسكان, وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات, وزارة التربية والتعليم, وزارة الصحة, وزارة البلديات) وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (200) عامل وعاملة في أقسام العلاقات العامة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة بأن تقييم نشاط العلاقات العامة في القطاع الحكومي الأردني جاء بمستوى مرتفع, حيث جاء في الرتبة الأولى مجال البحوث وبمستوى تقييم مرتفعة, تلاه في الرتبة الثانية مجال الاتصال وبمستوى تقييم مرتفعة, تلاه في الرتبة الثالثة مجال التقويم وبمستوى تقييم متوسطة, وجاء في الرتبة الأخيرة مجال التخطيط وبمستوى تقييم متوسطة, كما أظهرت الدراسة بوجود تبايناً ظاهرياً في المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة حول مستوى تقييم نشاط العلاقات العامة في القطاع الحكومي الأردني, حيث أظهرت النتائج بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير الجنس, ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير العمر لصالح (35-أقل من45 سنة) ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح عدد سنوات الخبرة (10 سنوات فأكثر) ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير مستوى التعليمي، ولصالح دراسات عليا. وأوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الاهتمام بتخطيط أنشطة العلاقات العامة, واستغلال الكوادر البشرية المؤهلة في تقويم الأنشطة ضمن معايير علمية.

 This study aims to assess public relations activity in the areas of: (Communication, planning, research, calendar) from the viewpoint of employees in the public relations departments of the Jordanian government apparatus, and to indicate the differences in the study sample answers to assess the reality of public relations activities in the Government apparatus Jordan, the researcher used the quantitative approach by following the method of relational surveys due to his suitability for the nature and objectives of the study. The community of the study is made up of public relations in the Jordanian government system operating in the Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Public Works and housing. Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Municipalities (the study sample of 200 workers in the public relations department was selected in the random manner of the study community). The results of the study showed that the evaluation of public relations activity in the Jordanian government system was high. In the field of research, it came at the first level and with a high rating, followed by the second level of communication and with a high rating, followed by the third level of the calendar area and the degree to which Medium rating, the last rank came in the planning area and with an average rating, the study also showed that there was a virtual variation in the arithmetic averages of the respondents ' responses to the degree of evaluation of public relations activity in the Jordanian government apparatus, where the results showed that there were no significant differences Statistical significance according to the sex variable, the results also showed statistically significant differences attributable to the age variable in favour of (35-less than 45 years) and statistically significant differences attributable for the number of years of experience, in favour of the number of years of experience (10 years and more) and the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable Educational level, and in the interest of postgraduate studies. The study recommended enhancing attention to the planning of public relations activities and exploiting qualified human cadres to evaluate activities within scientific standards
