هدفت الدِّراسة التعرف إلى مستوى ادراك مديري المدارس في تربية قصبة المفرق لانعكاسات العولمة على عناصر العملية التعليمية التعلمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، بالإضافة إلى التعرف فيما إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط إجابات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة).
لتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدِّراسة، حيث تم باستخدام استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدِّراسة، وقد تكونت من خمسة مجالات.
تكون مجتمع الدِّراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم لتربية قصبة المفرق وذلك للعام الدراسي 2023-2024 والبالغ عددهم (2632) معلماً ومعلمة، وتم اختيار عينة منهم وعددهم (340) معلمًا ومعلمة.
بينت النتائج أن مستوى إدراك مديري المدارس في مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق لانعكاسات العولمة على عناصر العملية التعليمية التعلمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء متوسطاً، وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.28)، وقد جاء ترتيب المجالات على النحو التالي (انعكاسات العولمة على المعلم، وانعكاسات العولمة على الطلبة، وانعكاسات العولمة على وسائل التعليم، وانعكاسات العولمة على التقويم، وانعكاسات العولمة على المنهاج) وجميعها جاءت بدرجات تقدير متوسطة. كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05??) تعزى لأثر الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق لصالح المؤهل العلمي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح البكالوريوس، كما اظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (0.05??) تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة.
وبناء على ما توصلت اليه الدِّراسة من نتائج، أوصيت بضرورة عقد اللقاءات والحوارات بشكل مستمر بين مديري المدارس والمعلمين والطلبة لزيادة وعيهم بالتحديات الثقافية المعاصرة، ودور المعلمين والطلبة في مواجهتها، كما اوصيت باختيار مدير المدرسة الواعي مجتمعيًا، وذلك من خلال تطبيق اختبارات عند تعيينه لضمان قدرته على التواصل والتأثير الايجابي في المعلمين والطلبة، وأن يكونوا مثلاً أعلى للطلبة وأنموذجًا يحتذى به

The study aimed to identify the level of awareness of school principals in Mafraq Education Department of the repercussions of globalization on the elements of the educational learning process from the point of view of teachers, in addition to identifying whether there are statistically significant differences in the average answers of the study sample members due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, and duration of study).
The job.To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive survey method was used to suit the nature of the study. A questionnaire was used to collect data from the study sample, which consisted of five areas.
The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in government schools affiliated with the Directorate of Education for Mafraq Education Department for the academic year 2023-2024, who numbered (2632) male and female teachers, and a sample of them was chosen, numbering (340) male and female teachers.
The results showed that the level of awareness of school principals in the Mafraq District Education Directorate of the repercussions of globalization on the elements of the educational learning process from the point of view of teachers was average, with an arithmetic average of (2.28), and the order of the fields was as follows (the repercussions of globalization on the teacher, and the repercussions of globalization on the students).
The repercussions of globalization on educational methods, the repercussions of globalization on assessment, and the repercussions of globalization on the curriculum), all of which received average ratings. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences (?=0.05) due to the effect of gender, and the differences were in favor of males, and there were differences in favor of academic qualification, and differences were in favor of the bachelor?s degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (?=0.05) due to the effect of work duration.
Based on the results of the study, I recommended the need to hold meetings and dialogues on an ongoing basis between school principals, teachers, and students to increase their awareness of contemporary cultural challenges, and the role of teachers and students in confronting them. I also recommended choosing a socially conscious school principal, by applying tests when appointing him to ensure his ability. To communicate and positively influence teachers and students, and to be a role model for students
