هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر النظام الإقليمي في التدخلات الإيرانية في المنطقة العربية خلال الفترة 2011-2022، وتحليل طبيعة التدخلات الإيرانية من حيث التطور التاريخي والدوافع والأدوات وتداعيات التدخل على الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة العربية، وعالجت الدراسة الفرضية التي انطلقت منها والتي تنص على: "يوجد أثر إيجابي لضعف قوة النظام الإقليمي العربي في زيادة تطوير قدرة إيران على توظيف أدوات القوة (السياسية والعسكرية والاقتصادية والدينية) لتوسيع مستوى تدخلاتها في المنطقة العربية خلال الفترة 2011-2022"، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج تحليل النظم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن زيادة حدة الانقسام بين إطراف النظام الإقليمي العربي التأثير على واقع العمل العربي المشترك، وزيادة التدخل خارجي الإقليمي في الشؤون الداخلية للدول العربية مما أسهم في تدخلاتها في دول المنطقة، وأن انتقال مراكز القوى في تفاعلات النظام الإقليمي العربي من (مصر والسعودية والعراق) إلى دول الجوار (إيران وتركيا) مما أسهم في زيادة مستوى تدخلاتها في دول المنطقة.
بناء على ما توصلت له الدراسة من نتائج فإنها توصي بالتعاون بين الدول العربية من خلال الجامعة العربية ومؤتمرات القمة العربية وبين الدول الخارجية العالمية والإقليمية ومؤسساتها، وتقوم على أساس المصالح المشتركة وخدمة الأمن والسلم الدوليين بعيداً عن الوصاية والهيمنة والتبعية، ووضع سياسات رسمية عربية موحدة للرد على السياسية الخارجية الإيرانية تجاه الدول العربية، على أن تشمل تلك السياسات التيارات السياسية المتوافقة مع الفكر السياسي الإيراني في الوطن العربي لبيان خطورة المشروع الإيراني، وإبراز دور إيران في العراق وسوريا ودول الخليج العربي كنموذج للتدخل الإيراني في الدول العربية بهدف تحييد هذا النفوذ السياسي والطائفي ليتسنى للعرب مواجهة المشروع الأمريكي ?الصهيوني في المنطقة

The study aimed to analyze the impact of the regional system on Iranian interventions in the Arab region during the period 2011-2022, and to analyze the nature of Iranian interventions in terms of historical development, motives, tools, and the repercussions of the intervention on security and stability in the Arab region. The study addressed the hypothesis from which it was based, which states: ?There is A positive impact of the weakness of the power of the Arab regional system in further developing Iran?s ability to employ the tools of power (political, military, economic, and religious) to expand the level of its interventions in the Arab region during the period 2011-2022.? The study relied on a systems analysis approach, and the study concluded that the sharpening of the division between The parties to the Arab regional system influence the reality of joint Arab action, and the increase in external regional interference in the internal affairs of the Arab countries, which contributed to their interventions in the countries of the region, and the transfer of the centers of power in the interactions of the Arab regional system from (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq) to the neighboring countries (Iran and Turkey) Which contributed to increasing the level of its interventions in the countries of the region.
Based on the findings of the study, it recommends cooperation between Arab countries through the Arab League and Arab summit conferences and between global and regional foreign countries and their institutions, and is based on common interests and the service of international peace and security away from guardianship, domination and subordination, and the development of unified official Arab policies to respond to... Iranian foreign policy towards the Arab countries, provided that these policies include political movements compatible with Iranian political thought in the Arab world to demonstrate the seriousness of the Iranian project, and highlight Iran's role in Iraq, Syria and the Arab Gulf states as a model for Iranian interference in the Arab countries with the aim of neutralizing this political and sectarian influence so that the Arabs can Confronting the American-Zionist project in the region
