هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء الأولى وعلاقتها بالالتزام الأخلاقي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (358) معلمًا ومعلمة في المدارس الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء الأولى، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء الأولى جاءت متوسطة على جميع مجالات الأداة والأداة ككل، كما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?? 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي ولصالح من كان مؤهلهم العلمي بكالوريوس، وسنوات الخدمة ولصالح من كانت خبرتهم (10 سنوات فأكثر)، و(أقل من5 سنوات)، في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة كذلك أنَّ مستوى الالتزام الأخلاقي لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في مديرية التربية والتعليم لمنطقة الزرقاء الأولى من وجهة نظر المعلمين ككل جاء متوسطاً، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (?= 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي ولصالح من كان مؤهلهم العلمي بكالوريوس، وسنوات الخدمة ولصالح من كانت خبرتهم (أقل من5 سنوات)، و(10 سنوات فأكثر)، وفي ضوء نتائج هذه الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بالعديد من التوصيات والتي كان من أهمها السعي لرفع درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية لدى مديري المدارس وذلك من خلال قيام وزارة التربية والتعليم باعتماد مصادر القيادة الإيمانية كأسس يتبعها المدراء في تأدية مهامهم الإدارية وكافة شؤونهم، ورفع مستوى الالتزام الأخلاقي لدى مديري المدارس من خلال نشر قواعد وأسس وأخلاقيات المهنة وتعميمها، وإدخالها في عمليات تقييم أداء المدراء

 The study aimed to identify the degree of faith leadership practice among secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa Region and its relationship to moral commitment. The study sample consisted of (358) male and female teachers in secondary schools in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa Region, and the descriptive correlational approach was used to answer Regarding the study questions, the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing faith leadership among secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa Region was average across all areas of the tool and the tool as a whole. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (?= 0.05) due to the effect of gender, and the presence of differences attributed to the variables of academic qualification, in favor of those whose educational qualification was a bachelor?s degree and years of experience, and in favor of those whose experience was (10 years or more) and (less than 5 years), in all fields and the total degree. The results of the study also showed that the level The moral commitment of secondary school principals in the Directorate of Education for the First Zarqa Region, from the point of view of teachers as a whole, was moderate. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (?? 0.05) due to the effect of gender, and the presence of differences due to the two variables of academic qualification and in favor of those whose academic qualification was Bachelor?s degree and years of experience and for the benefit of those whose experience was (less than 5 years) and (10 years or more). In light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended, in light of the results of this study, several recommendations, the most important of which was seeking to raise the degree of practice of faith leadership among school principals. Through the Ministry of Education adopting sources of faith leadership as foundations for principals to follow in performing their administrative duties and all their affairs, and raising the level of moral commitment among school principals by publishing and disseminating the rules, foundations, and ethics of the profession, and introducing them into the principals' performance evaluation processes
