لقد تناولت الدراسة بشكل رئيسي الحديث عن المجالس النيابية وتطور أدائها ودورها في حل المشكلات الاقتصادية، والاجتماعية، والسياسية، ودورهم في القضايا الدولية وانعكاسها على المجتمع المحلي وأثر الظروف المحيطة بالبلاد على تطور الحياة النيابية، وإعاقتها ودور المرأة في الأعمال السياسية وخوضها الانتخابات النيابية ومحاولاتها للوصل لقبة البرلمان ووجود الأحزاب السياسية ودورهم في العملية الانتخابية وإصدار الميثاق الوطني وتوضيح أهميته والأسباب التي دعت لوضعه.
وقد تكونت هذه الدراسة من مقدمة وفصلين حيث جاء في الفصل الأول المجالس النيابية في الفترة1989-2001 م، وتضمن دراسة المجلس النيابي الحادي عشر 1989-1993م، والمجلس النيابي الثاني عشر 1993-1997م، والمجلس النيابي الثالث عشر 1997-2001م، وفي الفصل الثاني انعكاس الحياة التشريعية على المواطن الأردني وتضمن دراسة الأوضاع الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والأوضاع السياسية وحقوق المرأة في المشاركة السياسية ودورها في الانتخاب وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع

The study mainly dealt with the talk of parliamentary councils, the development of their performance, their role in solving economic, social, and political problems, their role in international issues and their impact on local society, the impact of the circumstances surrounding the country on the development of parliamentary life, their obstruction, and the role of women in political work and their running in Parliament elections and their attempts to reach the dome of Parliament, the presence of political parties and their role in the electoral process, issuing the National Charter, and clarifying its importance and the reasons that called for its establishment. This study consisted of an introduction and two chapters, where the first chapter mentioned the parliamentary assemblies in the period 1989?2001 AD and included a study of the Eleventh Parliament 1989-1993 AD, the Twelfth Parliament 1993-1997 AD, the Thirteenth Parliament 1997-2001 AD, and in the second chapter, the reflection of legislative life on the Jordanian citizen, which includes a study of the social and economic conditions, the political conditions, and women's rights to political participation and their role in elections. The study ended with a conclusion and a list of sources and references |
