هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية التابعة لتربية قصبة المفرق وعلاقتها بتوافر أبعاد المنظمة المتعلمة من وجهة نظر المعلمين, حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (345) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية التربية والتعليم لواء قصبة المفرق، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي من خلال تطوير استبانة مكونة من مجالين، المجال الأول تناول القيادة الموزعة, والمجال الثاني تناول المنظمة المتعلمة وأُستخرج لها دلالات الصدق والثبات. وأظهرت النتائج ان القيادة الموزعة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية التابعة لتربية قصبة المفرق جاءت مرتفعة على جميع مجالات الأداة ، وأظهرت النتائج ان درجة ممارسة القيادة الموزعة لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية جاءت مرتفعة على جميع مجالات الأداة، كما اظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بالمنظمة المتعلمة ان جميع الفقرات جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة كما واظهرت نتائج السؤال الثالث عدم جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس ولأثر المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية، كما وأظهرت نتائج السؤال الرابع عدم جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس ولأثر المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة لمستوى المنظمة المتعلمة، واظهرت نتائج السؤال الخامس وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للقيادة الموزعة والمنظمة المتعلمة، وأوصت الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تقوم على دراسة القيادة الموزعة وتوافر ابعاد المنظمة المتعلمة من وجهة نظر عينات بحثية أخرى كالمعلمين، والعمل على ربطها بمتغيرات تنظيمية أخرى مثل إدارة التغيير، والأداء المدرسي

 The study aimed to identify the degree of distributed leadership practice among public secondary school principals affiliated to Mafraq Education and its relationship to the availability of dimensions of the learning organization from the point of view of teachers. The study sample consisted of (345) Male and female teachers in the Directorate of Education, Mafraq District, the descriptive correlational approach was used through the development of a questionnaire consisting of two domains, the first domain dealt with distributed leadership, and the second domain dealt with the learning organization and extracted for it the indications of validity and stability. The results showed that the distributed leadership of the principals of government secondary schools affiliated to Qasaba Al-Mafraq was high on all domains of the tool, and the results showed that the degree of practice of distributed leadership among principals of government secondary schools was high on all domains of the tool, and the results related to the learning organization showed that all items came With a high degree, the results of the third question showed that there were no statistically significant differences (? = 0.05) due to the effect of gender, the effect of educational qualification and years of experience in all fields, and the total degree. The results of the fourth question also showed that there were no statistically significant differences (? = 0.05) due to the effect of Gender and the impact of educational qualification and years of experience on the level of the learning organization, and the results of the fifth question showed a correlation between the degree of application of school principals to the distributed leadership and the learning organization, and the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: conducting more studies that are based on the study of distributed leadership and the availability of dimensions of the learning organization from The viewpoint of other research samples, such as teachers, and working to link them to other organizational variables such as change management and school performance
