The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic leadership and superior performance through competitive advantage as a moderating variable in the industrial companies operating in the King Hussein Bin Talal Special Economic Development Zone in the city of Mafraq. It addressed four dimensions of strategic leadership: strategic direction, human capital, balanced organizational oversight and ethical practices, as well as two dimensions of competitive advantage: cost and quality, and two dimensions of superior performance: high profitability and profit growth The study population consisted of all managers in the industrial companies operating in the King Hussein Bin Talal Economic Development Zone in Mafraq, and the sample that was used was an convenient sample. The student relied on the survey method (comprehensive inventory) to study and analyze the study population. In addition, used a number of statistical methods, including: descriptive methods, correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression test. Among the most important results obtained in this study: indicated that there is a statistically significant Impact for strategic leadership in superior performance, and there is a statistically significant Impact for strategic leadership with dimensions (strategic direction, human capital, balanced organizational oversight and ethical practices) in superior performance with dimensions (high profitability and profit growth) in the presence of competitive advantage in its dimensions (quality and Cost) as an moderating variable for the industrial companies operating in the King Hussein Bin Talal Special Economic Development Zone in Mafraq City. The study recommended the optimal utilization of the financial and organizational capabilities and resources, in addition to the competencies, skills, capabilities, and knowledge, to achieve superior performance that enjoys profitable growth and high profitability
