This dissertation investigates the phenomenon of political implied/unsaid in modern and contemporary Arabic poetry as it plays an important role in the transformation in poetry topics and techniques and in searching for new and diverse methods different from the repeated and stereotypical topics. This study made an attempt to scrutinize the linguistic and the idiomatic meaning of the concept of implied/unsaid in linguistic dictionaries, critical studies with all associated terms. The dissertation included applied reading samples of poetry by: Arar, Al-Bayati, and Adonis, within axes or reading thresholds that show the content aspects and technical techniques in their poetry, such as: titles, choices and structures, paradox, the duality of the self and the other, and the movement of pronouns in constructing the political implied/unspoken, symbolism, and intertextuality. The dissertation also included a presentation of the most important content and technical differences in their poetry, according to the critical and procedural axes in the applied part.
