هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في تربية اربد الاولى للقيادة الانسانية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لدى المعلمين، والتعرف إلى أثر متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (4909) معلما ومعلمه للعام الدراسي (2021/ 2022)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (220) معلما ومعلمة . وقد تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من جزأين: الجزء الأول لقياس القيادة الانسانية وتكون من (26) فقرة ، والجزء الثاني لقياس الكفاءة الذاتية وقد تكون من (24) فقرة ، ولقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس قد جاءت مرتفعة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فروق بين متوسطات الأداة على مقياس القيادة الانسانية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور على مجالي (النزاهة والتوجيه الانساني)، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي والخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس قد جاءت مرتفعة، وقد أظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية على مقياس القيادة الكفاءة الذاتية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور على مجال(المقدرة على حل المشكلات)، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي والخبرة، وبينت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الانسانية لمديري المدارس في تربية اربد الأولى والكفاءة الذاتية لدى المعلمين .
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة بضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية بهدف الارتقاء بالتعامل مع المعلمين باستخدام أساليب ادارية انسانية مطوره، وذلك لتنمية القيم الاخلاقية، الانسانية، تنمية مفاهيم الحوار،التسامح، ومهارات التواصل فيما بينهم وذلك لما فيه نتائج مرتفعة تنعكس على الكفاءة الذاتية لدى المعلمين .

The study aimed to identify the level of practice of school principals in Irbid's first education for human leadership and its relationship to teachers' self-efficacy, and to identify the impact of gender and educational qualification variables and the degree to which they obtained experience. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to suit the nature of the study. The study population consisted of (4909) male and female teachers for the academic year (2021), and the study sample consisted of (220) male and female teachers. A two-part questionnaire was developed: the first part to measure human leadership and consisted of (26) items, and the second part was to measure self-efficacy and might consist of (24) items.
The validity and reliability of the tool have been verified, and the results have shown that the degree of school principals? practice is high, and the results have also shown that there are differences between the means of the tool on the scale of human leadership due to the six variable and in favor of males on the two domains (integrity, humanitarian guidance), and the results showed There are no differences due to educational qualification and experience variables.
The results also showed that the degree of school principals? practice was high, and the results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the tool averages on the leadership scale of self-efficacy due to the six variable and in favor of males on the domain (the ability to solve problems), and there were no significant differences due to the variables Academic qualification and experience, as it was found that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between self-efficacy and human leadership among Irbid first education teachers.
In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of preparing training courses with the aim of improving dealing with teachers using advanced humane administrative methods, in order to develop moral and humanitarian values and develop the concepts of dialogue, tolerance and communication skills among them, because of the great results related to the teachers? self-efficacy
