جاءت هذه الدراسة للحديث عن صوارف الأمر والنهي على باب البيوع في صحيح الإمام البخاري، بياناً أصولياً مع تطبيقات الفقهية، وذلك من خلال:
وجاءت هذه الدراسة في فصل تميهدي وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة، وجاء في الفصل التمهيدي الحديث عن منزلة صحيح الإمام البخاري، وبيان مذهبه ومنهجه الفقهي، وجاء الفصل الأول لبيان حقيقة الأمر والنهي وتعلق الصارف فيهما، وبيان عمله في كل منهما، وأثر ذلك على التطبيقات الفقهية.
وجاء الفصل الثاني والثالث في تطبيقات صوارف الأمر الوجوب في باب البيوع في صحيح البخاري، وما يتعلق بها سواءً من صرف الوجوب إلى الإباحة أو الندب، أو صرف التحريم إلى الإباحة أو الكراهة، وقد استخدم الباحث في دراسته المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي والمقارن حيث كان الهدف منه جمع التطبيقات من صحيح البخاري، ووصفها وذكر الخلاف والراجح في التطبيقات.
وكان من أبرز نتائج هذه الدراسة: أن صوارف الأمر والنهي في باب البيوع في صحيح البخاري، متعددة متنوعة بحسب أنواع القرائن، ومنها الصوارف المتعلقة بأحكام الحوالة، والصوارف المتعلقة ببيع الحاضر للباد، وبيع الثمر قبل بدو صلاحه.

This study came in an introductory chapter, three chapters and a conclusion, and in the introductory chapter the talk about the status of Sahih Imam al-Bukhari, and the statement of his doctrine and his jurisprudential approach, and the first chapter came to explain the reality of the command and the prohibition and the attachment of the exchanger in them, and his work in each of them, and the impact of this on jurisprudential applications.
The second and third chapters came in the applications of the obligatory command changers in the sales section in Sahih al-Bukhari, and what is related to it, whether from exchanging the obligatory to permissible or recommending, or transferring the prohibition to permissibility or disapproval. The applications of Sahih Al-Bukhari, its description, and the contention and the most correct in the applications.
One of the most prominent results of this study: The orders and prohibitions in the section on sales in Sahih Al-Bukhari are many and varied according to the types of clues, including the money changers related to the provisions of the transfer, and the exchanges related to the present sale of the country, and the sale of fruits before its validity is no longer available
