الملخص بالعربية
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أثر تطبيق معايير الاعتماد الصحية بأبعادها (ضبط العدوى، وإدارة المعلومات، والصحة والسلامة البيئية، وإدارة الخدمات التشخيصية، وإدارة الموارد البشرية، وحقوق المرضى، ورعاية المرضى) على جودة الخدمات بأبعادها (الملموسية، والاستجابة، والاعتمادية، والضمان، والتعاطف) في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية الحاصلة على الاعتماد في ظل جائحة كورونا، تكوَّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المستشفيات الخاصة الحاصلة على الاعتماد والبالغ عددها (6) مستشفيات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (170) موظفاً وموظفة في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية الحاصلة على الاعتماد من الذين يشغلون وظائف (طبيب، ممرض، خدمات طبية مساندة، موظف إداري) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الميسرة، لإجراء هذه الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لتطبيق معايير الاعتماد في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية الحاصلة على الاعتماد جاء بدرجة مرتفعة ولجميع الأبعاد حسب الأهمية الإحصائية ضبط العدوى، ثم الصحة والسلامة البيئية، ثم إدارة الخدمات التشخيصية، ثم إدارة المعلومات، ثم إدارة الموارد البشرية، ثم حقوق المرضى، ثم رعاية المرضى، كما بينت النتائج أن تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لمجال جودة الخدمات جاء أيضاً بدرجة مرتفعة ولجميع الأبعاد حسب الأهمية الإحصائية الضمان، الاعتمادية، التعاطف، الملموسية، الاستجابة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق معايير الاعتماد الصحية مجتمعة على جودة الخدمات في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية الحاصلة على الاعتماد في ظل جائحة كورونا، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لكل من رعاية المرضى، وحقوق المرضى، وإدارة الخدمات التشخيصية جودة الخدمات، وعدم وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لضبط العدوى، وإدارة المعلومات، والصحة والسلامة البيئية، وإدارة الموارد البشرية على جودة الخدمات، وقد أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز مفاهيم المرضى بأهمية إجراءات الخدمات التشخيصية في المستشفيات الخاصة الأردنية الحاصلة على الاعتماد بما ينعكس على تعزيز جودة الخدمات الصحية.

 This study aimed to identify the impact of the application of health accreditation standards in its dimensions (infection control، information management، environmental health and safety، management of diagnostic services، human resources management، patient rights، and patient care) on the quality of services in its dimensions (tangibility، response، reliability، and guarantee، And empathy) in Jordanian private hospitals that obtained accreditation in light of the Corona pandemic، the study population consisted of all private hospitals that obtained accreditation، which numbered (6) hospitals، and the study sample consisted of (170) male and female employees in Jordanian private hospitals that obtained accreditation from those who occupy Jobs (doctor، nurse، medical support services، and administrative employee) were chosen in the easy way، to conduct this study using the descriptive analytical method. The results of the study showed that the study sample members? assessment of the application of accreditation standards in Jordanian private hospitals that obtained accreditation came to a high degree and for all dimensions according to statistical importance، infection control، then environmental health and safety، then management of diagnostic services، then management of information، then management of human resources، then rights Patients، then patient care، and the results showed that the study sample members? assessment of the quality of services also came to a high degree and for all dimensions according to the statistical importance of assurance، reliability، empathy، tangibility، and response. The results also showed the existence of a statistically significant effect of applying the combined health accreditation standards on the quality of services in Jordanian private hospitals that obtained accreditation in light of the Corona pandemic، and the presence of a statistically significant effect for both patient care، patients? rights، and management of diagnostic services، the quality of services، and the absence of an impact It is statistically significant for infection control، information management، environmental health and safety، and human resources management on the quality of services. The study recommended enhancing patients' perceptions of the importance of diagnostic services procedures in Jordanian private hospitals that obtained accreditation، which is reflected in enhancing the quality of health services
