This study was concerned with the issues of legal politics that were found by Imam Ibn Hazm Al-Zahiri in his book "Al-Muhalla" although Ibn Hazm had disagreed about whether he had adopted the legal policy or not and his opinion by analogy and approbation, and he found that he had taken in them and expressed them with other meanings and vocabulary that we will come to Mention it, God willin This study dealt with the definition of Ibn Hazm and his local book the concept of Sharia policy and the statement of the Imamate (its meaning, ruling, conditions and provisions) as well as talking about financial affairs, judicial affairs, international and criminal affairs and their legitimate applications It became clear to the researcher, after extrapolating the legal policy of Imam Ibn Hazm, that although he did not take it by analogy and approbation, he expresses them with certain meanings and vocabulary, and that he has combined the concept of legal politics, imamate and caliphate, and that he did not contradict the jurists of the four schools in that the origin of politics is what agreed with God?s law of the Qur?an and Sunnah,Ibn Hazm took the historical path to confirm his ideas about legitimate politics and the caliphate
