هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة التزام معلمي العلوم الحياتية بمعايير النمو المهني في محافظة الزرقاء وفق تقديرات المديرين والمشرفين التربويين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت العينة من (43) مديراً ومديرة، و(11) مشرفاً ومشرفة في محافظة الزرقاء للعام الدراسي الثاني 2022/2021، وتكونت الأداة من (42) فقرة موزعة على سبعة مجالات تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وأظهرت النتائج أنّ التزام معلمي العلوم الحياتية بمعايير النمو المهني على المستوى الكلي جاء بدرجة متوسطة، أما على مستوى المجالات فقد جاء مجال الفلسفة الشخصية وأخلاقيات المهنة في المرتبة الأولى، بينما جاء مجال التعلّم للحياة في المرتبة الأخيرة, كما ولم تظهر النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة التزام المعلمين بمعايير النمو المهني تعزى إلى وظيفة المقوم، سواءً أكان مديراً أم مشرفاً تربوياً، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنظيم دورات تدريبية لتحسين درجة التزام معلمي العلوم الحياتية بمعايير النمو المهني, كما أوصت بإجراء دراسات أخرى متعلقة بمعايير النمو المهني لمراحل دراسية أخرى، ومواد أخرى. |

The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of Biology teachers to the standards of professional development in Zarqa Governorate from the point of view of principals and educational supervisors, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used. And the sample consisted of (43) principals, and (11) supervisors in Zarqa Governorate for the second semester of the year 2022/2021, and the instrument of the study consisted of (42) chapters distributed on seven domains whose validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study showed that the total degree of the fields came to a average degree, where the field of personal philosophy and professional ethics came in the first place, while the field of life teachings came in the last place. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of teachers? commitment to the standards of professional development attributed to the function of the evaluator, whether it was a principal or an educational supervisor. In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of organizing training courses to improve the degree of commitment of Biology teachers to the standards of professional growth, it also recommended conducting other studies related to the standards of professional growth for other stages of study and other subjects |
