تهدف الدراسة الى تعرف على طبيعة البرنامج النووي الإيراني وانعكاساته على العلاقات الإيرانية-الخليجية وتسليط الضوء على مواقع الافتراق والتوافق بين الجانبين الإيراني والخليجي ومدى انعكاس المواقف الدولية على العلاقة بينهما وبيان مدى تأثير العامل الاقتصادي في تثبيط أو توطيد العلاقة بينهما.
وتسعى الدراسة أيضاً تعرف أثر البرنامج النووي على العلاقات الإيرانية?الخليجية عن طريق تتبع مسار البرنامج النووي الإيراني منذ عام 2005 وحتى عام 2021. وتمثل أساس انطلاق الدراسة من الفرضية التي تُفيد "تسهم تداعيات البرنامج النووي الإيراني في توتر العلاقات الإيرانية مع دول الخليج العربي".
اما المنهج الذي استخدمه الباحث في دراسته فقد استخدام منهجي "منهج صنع القرار في السياسة الخارجية ومنهج النظام الدولي". وبينت الدراسة أنَّ دول الخليج العربي ليس لديها أي اعتراض على المساعي النووية السلمية الإيرانية، ولكنها مُتحفظة على حول ما يتعلق بتصريح إيران بحقها في امتلاك السلاح النووي. ويعود ذلك إلى اختلال ميزان القوى، والمخاطر البيئية والأمنية الحسّاسة والتي تُهدد الدول المحيطة بإيران مستقبلاً. وفي ضوء ذلك توصي الدراسة بالعمل على تقديم الفرص من أجل دراسة وفهم التاريخ والعقلية السياسية ألإيرانية وتحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد والأدوات ألمتوفرة عن طريق التحرك النشط بكافة الدوائر ومن كافة قواعد الانطلاق (السياسية، الأمنية، الإقتصادية، الثقافية)؛ من أجل العمل على تطوير التعامل مع إيران من خلال الاستفادة من ما هو متاح من قرص ومن القواسم ألمشتركة وعلى النحو الذي يضمن تحقيق المصالح والأهداف ألقومية ويعمد على تعزيز مكانة دول الخليج العربي من الجانبين الدولي والإقليمي

This study aims to identify the nature of the Iranian nuclear file and its repercussions on the Iranian-Gulf relations and to highlight the sites of divergence and compatibility between the Iranian and the Gulf sides and the extent to which international positions reflect on their relationship and to indicate the extent of the impact of the economic factor in discouraging or consolidating the relationship between them.
This study seeks to know the impact of the nuclear file on Iranian-Gulf relations by tracing the path of the Iranian nuclear file from 2005 to 2021. The study was based on the hypothesis that "the repercussions of the Iranian nuclear file contribute to the tension of Iranian relations with the Arab Gulf states". As for the approach that the researcher used in his study, he used the ?decision-making approach in foreign policy and the approach of the international system?.
The study indicated that Arab Gulf have no objection to Iran's peaceful nuclear endeavors، however they are conservative in relation to Iran's declaration of its right in possessing nuclear weapons. This is due to the power imbalance، in addition to the sensitive environmental and security risks to future States surrounding Iran. The study recommends giving a wide space to study and understand the history and the Iranian political mentality and the optimal use of all available resources and tools through active movement in all circles and from all the starting bases (political، security، economic، cultural) to develop dealing with Iran by taking advantage of the available opportunities، and common denominators to ensure the achievement of National interests and goals، and strengthening the status of the Arab Gulf states internationally and regionally
