هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على أداء الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، وقد استخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته مع طبيعة هدف الدراسة، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من البيانات المالية لجميع الشركات الصناعية الأردنية والبيانات الخاصة بمتغيرات الاقتصاد الكلي خلال الفترة (2010-2020) وعددها (56) شركة صناعية، وبعد تطبيق الشروط المذكورة تكونت عينة الدراسة على (33) شركة، وتم اجراء التحليل الاحصائي لبيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج (Eviews) وذلك باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعياري وقيم التفلطح، واختبار الارتباط الخطي المتعدد (Milticollineariy Tests) ولذلك لتحقق من خلو نموذج الدراسة من مشكلة الازدواج الخطي بين المتغيرات، واختبار الارتباط الذاتي Autocorrelatiom، ونتائج تطبيق معادلة الانحدار المتعدد لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، ولتحقق من أثر المتغيرات المستقلة على المتغيرات التابعة وبعد إجراء التحليل الإحصائي المناسب توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها: يوجد أثر للمتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على الاداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، لا يوجد أثر لنسبة التضخم على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، ولا يوجد أثر للنائج المحلي الإجمالي على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان، لا يوجد أثر لنسبة البطالة على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة أن تهتم الشركات الصناعية بدراسة المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية وأخذها بعين الاعتبار في حال الرغبة بتحسين أدائها المالية، وضرورة الاهتمام بالمحددات والمؤثرات التي تؤثر في الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية الأردنية، ضرورة وضع خطط وبرامج بهدف إيجاد حلول للحد من الآثار السلبية لمتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على الأداء المالي للشركات، وضرورة إجراء المزيد من الأبحاث حول تأثير المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية على الأداء المالي للشركات العاملة في قطاعات أخرى.

The study aimed to figure out the impact of the macroeconomic variables on the performance of the industrial companies listed in the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE). The study adopted the descriptive, analytical approach due to its suitability to the nature of the study objective. The study population consisted of all the financial data of all the Jordanian industrial companies (n. 56) and the data related to the macroeconomic variables during the period (2010-2020). After applying the mentioned conditions, the study sample consisted of (33) companies. The statistical analysis for the study data was conducted through the (Eviews) with the use of the means, standard deviations, Kurtosis values, the Multicollinearity Tests to verify that the study model is free from the problem of the linear duplication among variables, the Autocorrelation test, and the results of the multiple regression equation to test the study hypotheses and verify the impact of the independent variables on the dependent variables. After conducting the appropriate statistical analysis, the study concluded an impact for the macroeconomic variables on the performance of the industrial companies listed in the Amman Stock Exchange, no impact for the inflation rate on the financial performance of the industrial companies listed in the ASE, no impact for the gross domestic result on the financial performance of the industrial companies listed in the ASE, and finally no impact for the unemployment rate on the financial performance of the industrial companies listed in the ASE.
The study recommends the need that the industrial companies be interested in studying the macroeconomic variables and taking them into account when needed in order to improve their financial performance, the need for paying attention to the determinants and influences that affect the financial performance of the Jordanian industrial companies, the need to develop plans and programs with the aim of finding solutions to reduce the negative effects of the macroeconomic variables on the financial performance of companies, and the need to conduct more research on the impact of the macroeconomic variables on the financial performance of companies operating in other sectors
