الحمد الله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الخلق وسيّد المرسلين، محمّد الصادق الوعد الأمين، وعلى آله وأصحابه الطيّبين الطاهرين، ومن سار على نهجه إلى يوم الدين.
أمّا بعد: فإنّ رسالتي هذه بعنوان: "علاء الدين عليّ السمرقنديّ القرمانيّ ومنهجه في تفسيره المسمّى ببحر العلوم" تحدّثت عن شخصيّة العلّامة علاء الدين السمرقنديّ وألقت الضوء على منهجه من خلال كتابه "بحر العلوم"، حيث بيّنت استخدامه للآيات القرآنية وللأحاديث النبوية في التفسير. كما استعرضت الرسالة عقيدة السمرقنديّ ومذهبه الفقهيّ وذلك من خلال الوقوف على طريقته في تفسير آيات الصفات وموقفه من علم الكلام والفرق العقائديّة المختلفة وتفسير آيات الأحكام. وقد اشتملت الدراسة على مجموعة من الأهداف والنتائج والتوصيات، وتناولت المصادر العديدة التي اعتمد عليها في تفسيره.
ومن أهدافها: التعرّف على شخصية الشيخ علاء الدين السمرقندي، ومنها: توضيح منهجه في تفسيره " بحر العلوم " من حيث تناوله لقضايا العقديّة والفقهيّة والقرآءات، كما وهدفتْ إلى إثبات مدى تناوله لأنواع علوم القرآن ونُقوله من تفاسير مَن سبقه من المؤلّفين. وقد اعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهجين الاستقرائي والاستنباطي.
وقسّم الباحث الرسالة إلى مقدّمة، وفصلين، وخاتمة. فتضمّنت المقدّمة: عنوان الرسالة، وموضوعها وحدودها، وأهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج الرسالة وإجراءاتها؛ وجاء الفصل الأول بعنوان "حياة علاء الدين السمرقنديّ ومؤلّفاته"، فقد تحدّث الباحث فيه عن اسمه ونسبه، ولادته ونشأته، شهرته وألقابه، عقيدته ومذهبه الكلاميّ والفقهيّ، صفاته وأخلاقه، ومكانته، شيوخه وتلاميذه، وفاته، كما تحدّث عن مؤلّفاته، وجعل الباحث الفصل الثاني للحديث عن منهجه في "بحر العلوم"، وشمل مصادر تفسيره العامّة و الخاصّة، وكما احتوى احتجاجه بالمأثور واعتماده بالعربيّة واعتماده في تفسيرالآي بأنواع علوم القرآن من أسباب النزول وإعراب القرآن والقراءات وغيرها من سائر مسائل علوم القرآن. وجاء في آخر الرسالة عدّة نتائج وتوصيات.

Praise be to Allah, The Lord of worlds. Prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of creation and the master of the Messengers, Muhammad the Truthful, the Faithful Promise, and upon his family and his good and pure companions, and those who followed his path until the Day of Judgment.
And then,
This my letter entitled: ?Alaa al-Din Ali al-Samarkandi al-Qarmani and his method in his interpretation (Bahr al-Ulum)? talked about the personality of the Alaa al-Din al-Samarqand and highlights his method in his book ?Bahr al-Ulum?, where I showed his use of Quranic verses and prophetic hadiths in Tafsir. The thesis also reviewed Al-Samarqandi's doctrine by examining his method of Tafsir belonging to Allah's Attributes verses, his opinions in theology, different ideological differences, and the interpretation of the verses of rulings.
The study includes a set of objectives, results, and recommendations. It deals with many
sources he relied upon in its interpretation.
Among the objectives of my thesis is to know more about the personality of Sheikh Alaa al-Din al-Samarqandi, including: clarifying his approach to his Tafsir of ?Bahr al-Ulum? in terms of his handling of Faith issues, jurisprudence and Qira'at. It is also aims to prove his approach dealing with the types of Qur?anic sciences and his quotations from previous Tafsirs.
In this study, the researcher depends on the inductive and deductive methods.
The researcher divided the thesis into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.
The introduction includes the title of the thesis, its subject, the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, and the method and procedures of the thesis.
The first chapter was entitled "Alaa al-Din al-Samarkandi's life and his writings".
In this chapter the researcher talked about Samarkandi's name and lineage, his birth and
upbringing, his fame and titles, his creed and his theological and jurisprudential doctrine, his
qualities and morals, his position, his teachers and students, his death, as he talked about his
books.
The researcher talked in the second chapter about Al Samarkandi's approach in ?Bahr al-Ulum?, including general and specific sources of Al Samarkandi's Tafsir. This chapter includes how Al Samarkandi depended on Hadiths, Arabic language, Qur?anic sciences such as: the reasons for revelation, Tafsir, Qira'at and other issues of Qur?anic sciences.
At the end of the letter the researcher presented several conclusions and recommendations
