الملخص بالعربية
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية لواء بني كنانة للإدارة الرقمية وعلاقتها بتفعيل المنصات التعليمية، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في مدارس تربية لواء بني كنانة، والبالغ عددهم (1936) معلماً ومعلمة، فقد أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة مؤلفة من (321) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير الاستبانة ووزعت الكترونياً، وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية لواء بني كنانة للإدارة الرقمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين وبين بتفعيل المنصات التعليمية، حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية لواء بني كنانة للإدارة الرقمية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة في جميع المجالات، كما أظهرت النتائج أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند (? 0.05 ?) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات لصالح حملة درجة البكالوريوس، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة . وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تفعيل المنصات التعليمية في مدارس تربية لواء بني كنانة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على جميع المجالات، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (? 0.05 ?) في درجة تفعيل المنصات التعليمية تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال التخطيط لصالح الذكور. وجود فروق تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات لصالح حملة درجة البكالوريوس، وعدم وجود فروق تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة. توصي الدراسة بتطبيق الإدارة الرقمية في المنظمات التربوية، ضمن أسس ومعيار علمي وفني ليسترشد مديري المدارس بها.
الملخص بالانجليزي
 The study aimed to figure out the degree of practicing the digital management by the school principals of Bani Kenana directorate of education and its relationship to the activation of the educational platforms. The study population consisted of all the male and female teachers of the schools of Bani Kenana directorate of education (n. 1936). The study was conducted on a sample of (321) male and female teachers who were chosen randomly. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed electronically. The study concluded a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of practicing the digital management by Bani Kenana schools principals from the teachers? point of view and the activation of the educational platforms. The study results showed that the degree of practicing the digital management by Bani Kenana schools? principals was medium in all fields, statistically significant differences at sig. (? ? 0.05) for the impact of gender in all the fields, differences due to the impact of the academic qualification in all fields in favor of the BA holders, and no difference due to the impact of the years of experience. The results also showed that the degree of the activation of the educational platforms in Bani Kenana schools was medium in all fields. Also, the study concluded that there were statistically significant differences at sig. (? ? 0.05) for the degree of the activation of the educational platforms due to the impact of gender in all fields except for the field of planning in favor of the males, differences due to the impact of the academic qualification in all fields in favor of the BA holders and finally no differences due to the impact of the years of experience. The study recommends applying the digital management in the educational organizationsaccording toscientific and technical foundations and standards so as to be benefited from by the school principals
