The study aims to identify the impact of digital transformation on sustainability in the industrial organizations listed on Amman Stock Exchange. The dimensions of digital transformation were represented by cyber-physical systems (CPS), the smart factory, the Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data. The study population is represented by managers at various levels of industrial organizations listed on Amman Stock Exchange. Due to the large size of the population, the Convenience sampling method was applied to collect data from the study population. To test the hypothesis of the study and achieve its objectives, the researcher used Structural Equation Modeling. The study found that digital transformation has an positive influence on sustainability in the industrial organizations listed on Amman Stock Exchange, with cyber-physical systems having the highest impact. According to the findings of the study, managers and decision-makers should invest in information technology to provide diverse data sets of a large size in a short time, provide appropriate programs to analyze large data sets and produce accurate and reliable information that can be used by employees, and seek the assistance of experts and specialists to employ the results of data analysis by developing strategies to support sustainable development
