هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان جهود ومبادرات الملكة رانيا في تعزيز التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية، وتحليل القوانين والأنظمة التي لها تأثير على التمكين السياسي للمرأة على مستوى مشاركتها السياسية في الأردن، وبيان مستوى تأثير التمكين السياسي للمرأة على مستوى مشاركتها السياسية في الأردن، وبيان فاعلية التشريعات السياسية في الأردن في تحقيق التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية، وتحليل جهود الملكة رانيا العبدالله في تهيئة الظروف المواتية لتعزيز تمكين المرأة في الأردن، والتعرف على مبادرات الملكة رانيا في دعم وإعلاء شأن المرأة الأردنية كركيزة أساسية للنهوض بالمجتمع لترسيخ مشاركتها في التنمية، وبيان جهود الملكة رانيا في تعزيز وصول المرأة إلى مراكز قيادية في المناصب العامة في الأردن.
اعتمدت الدراسة منهجية متكاملة ومركبة لإيجاد إطار شامل لتحليل طبيعة الموضوع الذي تناولته الدراسة من خلال منهج النظم والمنهج المؤسساتي. وأجابت الدراسة عن تساؤلاتها حيث بينت الدراسة أن المشاركة السياسية للمرأة ترتبط بمجموعة من العوامل والمتغيرات التي ترتبط بالمجتمع ومدى أهلية هذا المجتمع لعملية المشاركة السياسية والنضج السياسي الذي يتمتع به المجتمع حتى يكون مؤهلاً لعملية المشاركة السياسية، وأن المتتبع لمسيرة المرأة في العمل السياسي يلاحظ أن هناك تحسناً في وضع المرأة السياسي في المملكة وقد بدا ذلك واضحاً في مجموعة من الإجراءات القانونية التي تم اتخاذها، ومن أهمها تعديل كثير من القوانين التي ترتبط بالمشاركة السياسية للمرأة ومن أهمها أيضاً قانون الصوت الواحد وقانون الأحوال الشخصية التي أُهلت المرأة الأردنية بالمشاركة في العملية السياسية.
في ضوء نتائج الدراسة فإنها أوصت أنه يجب على الجهات والمؤسسات التي تعنى بشؤون المرأة وتحاول تفعيل مشاركتها السياسية أن تعمل على إيجاد رؤية واضحة ومحددة للمدى الذي تسعى المرأة للوصول إليه في مجال المشاركة السياسية تمهيداً للعمل على تقليص الفجوة في مجال المشاركة السياسية بين الرجل والمرأة تحتوي هذه الرؤيا على أولاً: تحديد الهدف المطلوب بلوغه وتحقيقه وثانياً: تحديد معالم الوضع الراهن بما فيه من عوائق ووضع سلم أولويات للمراحل التي يجب العمل على تحقيقها للوصول إلى الهدف المنشود وتحديد العوائق بدقة.

The study aimed to demonstrate Queen Rania's efforts and initiatives in promoting the political empowerment of Jordanian women, analyze the laws and regulations that have an impact on women's political empowerment at the level of their political participation in Jordan, indicate the level of impact of women's political empowerment on the level of their political participation in Jordan, and demonstrate the effectiveness of political legislation in Jordan in achieving the political empowerment of Jordanian women, analyzing the efforts of Queen Rania Al Abdullah in creating the appropriate conditions to enhance the empowerment of women in Jordan, and identifying the initiatives of Queen Rania in supporting and elevating the status of Jordanian women as a fundamental pillar for the advancement of society by consolidating their participation in development, and an explanation of Queen Rania?s efforts in Enhancing women's access to leadership positions in public positions in Jordan.
The study adopted an integrated and complex methodology to find a comprehensive framework for analyzing the nature of the topic covered by the study through the systems approach and the institutional approach. The study reached results, the most important of which are: The political participation of women is linked to a set of factors and variables that are related to society, the extent of this society?s eligibility for the process of political participation and the political maturity that society enjoys in order to be qualified for the process of political participation. The political situation of women in the Kingdom was evident in a set of legal measures that were taken, the most important of which is the amendment of many laws related to women?s political participation, the most important of which are also the One-Voice Law and the Personal Status Law, which qualified Jordanian women to participate in the political process.
In light of the results of the study, it recommended that the bodies and institutions concerned with women?s affairs and trying to activate their political participation should work to find a clear and specific vision of the extent to which women seek to reach in the field of political participation in preparation for working to reduce the gap in the field of political participation between men and women. The vision is based on first: defining the goal to be achieved and achieving it, and second: defining the parameters of the current situation, including its obstacles, and setting a priority order for the stages that must be worked on to reach the desired goal and accurately identifying the obstacles
