The study aimed to reveal milestones of the transcendental leadership in the prophetic leadership, taking the treaty of Hudaybiyya as a model for the study. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher developed an analysis card that consisted of (26) statements distributed on the dimensions of transcendental leadership, namely, values and attitudes, behavior, spirituality, "highness of morals", vision and hope. The inductive content analysis method was used. The study was limited to the analysis of the books of the Prophet's biography that studied the treaty of Hudaybiyya (The biography of Ibn Hisham , Dala'a Al-Nubuwwa, Maghazi Al-Waqidi, Al-Rawd Al-Anf). The results showed that the prophetic leadership is the origin of the milestones of transcendental leadership, which was obviously noticed in the practice of the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - for the treaty of Hudaybiyya. The study revealed that the dimension of spirituality, "highness of morals", was in the first place, followed by the dimension of behavior in the second place. The dimension of values and attitudes came in the third place, and the dimension of hope and vision came in the fourth place. In light of the study results, the researcher recommends holding courses on the transcendental leadership for the school principals and heads of organizations, paying attention to and taking a more in-depth look at the milestones of the transcendental leadership in the prophetic leadership by researchers and scholars, and conducting further research on prophetic leadership and practices, including the conquests of the prophet Mohammed - may the blessings and peace of Allah be upon him ? and the way he dealt with leaders and heads of states
