هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس محافظة جرش أسلوب القيادة بالحب (حب المدير للمدرسة، حب المدير للمعلمين، حب المدير للطلبة، حب المدير لأولياء الأمور، وتقدير المدير لذاته) وعلاقتها بتعزيز المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى المعلمين (المجال التعليمي، المجال البيئي، مجال التكافل الإجتماعي، ومجال المواطنة والإنتماء) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي وتوزيع استبانة على عينة مكونة من 300 معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة بالحب كانت متوسطة، وأن مستوى المسؤولية المجتمعية كان متوسطا أيضا. وتوصلت الدراسة أيضاً إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (? ? 0.05) بين ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة بالحب وبين تعزيز المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى المعلمين. وقد أوصت الباحثة عدة توصيات، أهمها: حرص المدير على أن يشارك في أية فعالية خارجية يقوم المعلمون بتنظيمها مع الطلبة، ضرورة الاهتمام بممارسة المدير للقيادة بالحب مع الطلبة مثل ما هو مع المعلمين، والاهتمام بالقضايا الاجتماعية لسكان المناطق التي تُقام فيها المدارس، وذلك من خلال برامج التكافل الإجتماعي التي تجعل من المدرسة عنصراً مساهماً في التخلص من الآفات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية. |

This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals in Jerash Governorate practice the dimensions of leadership by ?Love?and its relationship to enhancing social responsibility among teachers. To achieve the study?s goal, the descriptive correlational survey approach was used, and a questionnaire was used as the research instrument for collecting data after its validity and reliability had been verified. The study sample consisted of (300) male and female teachers who were chosen by simple random sampling technique.
The study results revealed that the degree to which school principals practice the dimensions of leadership by ?Love? was moderate, and the level of teachers? social responsibility was moderate, also. The results also, showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of practicing leadership by ?Love? by school principals and the level of teachers? social responsibility.
In light of the study results, a set of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which were, that school principals should participate in any external activity organized by the teachers with the students, the need to pay attention to the principal's practice of leadership by ?Love? with the students as it is with the teachers, and to pay attention to the social issues of the residents of the areas in which the schools are established, through social solidarity programs that make the school an important part of which contributes in solving economic and social problems
