The current study aimed to discover the impact of sustainable supply chain management on entrepreneurial performance through the mediating role of dynamic capabilities in five-star hotels in Jordan. Sustainable supply chain management was measured by the dimensions of (sustainable design, sustainable procurement, sustainable operations, and supply chain integration), dynamic capabilities were measured through the dimensions of (sensing capability, seizing capability, and reconfiguration capability) and entrepreneurial performance was measured by the dimensions of (sales growth, survival, and social reputation). Using the comprehensive survey method, the study questionnaire was distributed to all managers of five-star hotels in the headquarters in the capital, Amman. The responses received were 134 responses, while the valid ones for statistical analysis were 126 responses, which constitutes a response rate of 81.29% of the total study population. The structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results of the study showed that sustainable supply chain management had an impact on both entrepreneurial performance and dynamic capabilities, as well as the dynamic capabilities had an impact on entrepreneurial performance. Besides, the results indicated that dynamic capabilities play a mediating role in the relationship between sustainable supply chain management and entrepreneurial performance. Accordingly, the study recommended that managers in five-star hotels focus on developing sustainable activities when providing hotel services by reducing the depletion of natural resources and rationalizing energy consumption and emissions harmful to the environment
