This study dealt with the structures in the messages of the letters of well - directed Khalifah Caliphs from a pragmatic perspective, and attempt to identify some of the linguistic structures in their messages, trying to analyze them, with the help of modern pragmatic theories, such as speech verbs, dialogue imperative, and connection. The study is based on the descriptive and analytical qualitative approaches in analyzing the directive, informative, and expressive structures at the pregmatic level, and its selected material from the letters of the well-directed Khalifah Caliphs, the words of the Companions of the Prophet peace be upon him, represent eloquent and high-level models. The study consists of an introduction, a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction presented the importance of the study and the reasons for choosing it, its objectives and problems. As for the preamble, it dealt with the definition of pragmatics and the messages of the well- directed khalifahs. The first chapter dealt with the guiding structures in the messages of the well-directed khalifahs. the second chapter dealt with the informative structures in their messages. As for the conclusion, the researcher presented the most important findings and recommendations of the study. The conclusion had several results, the most important results were: the success of the well-directed khalifahs in communicating their purpose as speakers to their interlocutors
