Different pH aqueous media ( pH 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) was used to investigate the interaction of olanzipine (OPL) with different cyclodextrins ( alpha, Beta, gamma and Hydroxypropyl beta CD).as well as measuring pka and pka*. Measurements of fluorescence and absorption indicate that OLP can form inclusion complexes with different cyclodextrins in the ground state. Kind of these OPL-CD complexes were detected by steady state experiments. Moreover, association constant and thermodynamic properties were calculated
