الملخص بالعربية |
تناولت هذه الدراسة عدة جوانب عن ظاهرة العيارين والشطار متمثلة بأسباب ظهورهم على الساحة العربية بشكل واضح وبدايته، ووقفنا على عدة أسباب تتعلق بالاقتصاد وانشغال الدولة تارة وغفلتهم تارة أخرى، وذكرت الدراسة جذورهم التاريخية وتركيبتهم الاجتماعية والقواسم المشتركة في الدافع والوسيلة والهدف بين هذه الطائفة والطوائف الأخرى على اختلاف مسمياتها والجوانب التي ساعدت في توحيد صفوفهم وزادت من اتباعها، كما أفادت الدراسة بدراسة الأحداث التاريخية لهذه الظاهرة وتحليلها من خلال المصادر التاريخية والدراسات الحديثة وذلك من خلال استقراء الأحداث وتفسيرها ثم تحليلها ومقارنتها فخرجنا بطرح علمي جديد يتمثل بتفسير الآثار الاقتصادية الناتجة عن حركاتهم وما يترتب عليها على المستوى المادي والحضاري، كما يتمثل بتفسير النتائج الاجتماعية القاسية التي فرضتها ثوراتهم على المجتمع من خلال الدمار الذي لحق بالناس نتيجة أعمالهم التخريبية وما يترتب عليها من انتشار الفساد الكبير واشعال الشرارة لانفجار حركات مشابهة أخرى، وتتطرق الدراسة بمنهجية وصفية تحليلة إلى إبراز دور المجتمع والدولة للتصدي لمثل تلك الحركات، وأهم الأساليب المتَبعة لإيقاف توسع دائرة نشاطهم وإيقاف مد حركتهم، وأوضحت الدراسة مدى علاقتهم بالخلفاء ومتى يكونوا قريبين من السلطة ومتى يكونوا محاربين منها، فيظهر ذلك جليا في فتنة الأمين والمأمون وغيرها من الفتن الأخرى، ويتمثل موقفهم منها دائما بالوقوف إلى جانب الخلفاء الشرعيين للدولة، وعلى أثر ذلك قامت عدة وقعات ومعارك كانوا وقودها وحجارته |

This study dealt with several aspects of the phenomenon of Al-Ayarayn and Al-shuttar represented by reasons for their appearance on the Arab arena clearly in the beginning, we stood on the several reasons related economy and the state`s preoccupation at times and their neglect at other times the study mentioned their historical.
The goal between this sect and other sects, with their different names. And the aspects that helped unify their ranks and increased their followers. On the other hand, the study also benefited from studying the historical events of this phenomenon and analyzing it through historical sources and modern studies, by extrapdating and interpreting the events, then analyzing and comparing them As a result, we came up with a new scientific proposal represented in explaining the economic effects resulting from their movements and the consequences thereof on the material and civilized level. The study is also represented in the interpretation of the harsh social consequences imposed by their revolutions on society through devasition caused to people as a result of their sabotage acts and the consequent spread of great corruption and sparking the explosion of other similar movements. The study deals with a descriptive and analytical methodology to high light the role of society and the state to confront such movements and the most important methods used to stop the expansion of their sphere of activity and to stop the extention of their movement. The study also clarified the extent of their relationship with the caliphs and when.
They were close to the authority and when they were combating it. This is clearly evident from the temptation of Al-Amin and Al-Mamoun and other temptations, and their stance of this is always to stand by the legitimate caliphs of the state, and as a result of that several incidents and battles took place, which they were its fuel and stones
