هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة السلوك الإداري الديمقراطي وعلاقته بفاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى مديري المدارس في مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في كافة المراحل التعليمية في مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق، حيث استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم تطوير استبانة من جزئين، الجزء الأول لقياس درجة ممارسة السلوك الإداري الديمقراطي، والجزء الثاني لقياس فاعلية اتخاذ القرار، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة السلوك الإداري الديمقراطي? ?لدى مديري المدارس في مديرية قصبة المفرق جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة عينة الدراسة نحو درجة ?ممارسة السلوك الإداري الديمقراطي لدى مديري المدارس في مديرية قصبة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لأثر الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة عينة الدراسة تعزى لأثر ?عدد سنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابة عينة الدراسة تعزى لأثر ?المؤهل العلمي وجاءت الفروق لصالح الدراسات العليا. كما بينت النتائج أن مستوى فاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى المديرين في تربية المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة نحو مستوى فاعلية اتخاذ القرار لدى المديرين من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لأثر الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لأثر ?عدد سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات والدرجة الكلية باستثناء تحديد المشكلة، ووضع البدائل وجاءت الفروق لصالح أقل من 10 سنوات، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لأثر ?المؤهل العلمي. كما بينت النتائج وجود علاقة ايجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة ?السلوك الإداري الديمقراطي ومستوى فاعلية اتخاذ القرار من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وأوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات كان أبرزها العمل على عقد دورات تدريبية وبرامج تطوير مهني تحافظ على المستويات العالية من الأنماط السلوكية الديمقراطية لدى مديري المدارس، والعمل على تشجيع مديري المدارس على تفويض المعلمين في عملية اتخاذ القرار وتمكينهم من ممارسة هذه المهارة الإدارية. |

The study aimed to identify the The Degree of Practicing Democratic Administrative Behavior and its Relationship to the Effectiveness of Decision Making by School Principals in Al- Mafraq District Directorate of Education. The study sample consisted of (250) male and female school teacher's at all educational levels in the Mafraq Qasbah Education Directorate. The study used the descriptive correlative survey method. To achieve the objectives of the study, a two parts questionnaire was developed, the first part to measure the degree of practicing democratic administrative behavior, and the second part to measure the effectiveness of decision making, and its validity and reliability were verified. The results showed that the degree of practicing democratic administrative behavior among school principals in the district of Mafraq district came to a high degree, and also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the response of the study sample towards the degree of practicing democratic administrative behavior among school principals in the district of Mafraq district from the teachers' point of view. Due to the effect of sex, the differences came in favor of males, and there were no statistically significant differences in the response of the study sample due to the effect of the number of years of experience, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the response The study sample due to the effect of academic qualifications, and the differences came in favor of graduate studies. The results also showed that the level of effectiveness of decision-making among principals in Mafraq education from the teachers' point of view came to a high degree, and there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample towards the level of effectiveness of decision-making among principals from the teachers' point of view due to the effect of gender. The differences came in favor of males, and there were differences statistically significant for the responses of the study sample due to the effect of the number of years of experience in all fields and the total degree except for defining the problem and developing alternatives. The differences came in favor of less than 10 years, there were no statistically significant differences for sample responses due to the effect of the educational qualification. The results also showed a positive, statistically significant relationship between the degree of practicing democratic administrative behavior and the level of effective decision-making from the teachers' point of view. The study recommended a number of recommendations, most notably working on holding training courses and professional development programs that maintain high levels of democratic behavioral patterns among school principals? teachers, and working to encourage school principals to delegate teachers in the decision-making process and enable them to practice this leadership skill |
